Δεν ξέρω για το στομάχι. Εγώ το παίρνω επειδή είναι πηγή του Ωμέγα 7, το οποίο βοηθάει την μετατροπή των λιπαρών σε ενεργεία για τους μυς. Δηλαδή ταυτόχρονα δίνει εντολή στα λιποκύτταρα να απελευθερώσουν λίπος και στους μυς να χρησιμοποιούν αυτό το λίπος σαν τρόφιμα.
