Description

The Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao is a dry liqueur in the triple-sec style from the renowned producer Pierre Ferrand. The liqueur is made from orange peels that give Curaçao its dominant flavor. A top ingredient for cocktails.

Inspired by an old and classic recipe, the Dry Curacao, in addition to the combination of Curacao oranges with other sweet varieties, is enriched with sweet vanilla, plums, and lemon peels.

Tasting Characteristics

Appearance: Clear, bright gold.
Nose: Mandarin and lemon peel along with vanilla aromas.
Palate: Slightly sweet but wonderfully balanced with aromas of orange peel and vanilla, floral notes reminiscent of rose water, and delicate elements of cinnamon and black pepper.
