The "Psihis Chios Mastiha Liqueur" is traditionally produced in Chios by Psihis Distillery and is a product of authentic Chios Mastiha distillation.

The founder of "Psihis Traditional Distillery" distilled the Mastiha crystals, obtaining a natural distillate, and after many efforts, created the excellent "Psihis Chios Mastiha Liqueur," a product with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Local tradition suggests that "Psihis Chios Mastiha Liqueur" is served with dessert, after every meal, or with coffee.

Today, the 4th generation, following the well-guarded family recipe (passed down from generation to generation), sources authentic mastiha from the Chios Mastiha Growers Association and distills it in their traditional copper stills, creating the internationally awarded "Psihis Chios Mastiha Liqueur" that encapsulates the entire history of the island in its flavor.

The "Psihis Chios Mastiha Liqueur" is an excellent choice for consumption as a shot (try it chilled), in cocktails, or even as an aperitif served in a stemmed glass with crushed ice.
