Four stars because yes, it does what it promises, it fills you up quickly, speeds up your recovery, makes your workouts stronger with a noticeable difference, but the taste is the worst. I tried mixing it with juice or other fruity supplements but the taste remains awful. Very good as a creatine complex but personally I wouldn't buy it again. I would recommend it depending on your mood
