Idyonniros Red Sweet by Kefalas Estate is made from the indigenous grape varieties Agiannitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria, grown in low-yield mountain vineyards in northern Chios. Traditional winemaking involves sun-drying the grapes for two weeks to concentrate their aromas and sugars. Notes of honey and dried fruit dominate the nose, while the rich palate is balanced by soft tannins.
