I installed 2 24s in a 200sqm studio, I can say that only one worked, the only problem was the connection to the Wi-Fi

The 24 air conditioner was purchased from Kotsovolos for around €1100 with free accessories. After using it in both summer and winter, I have to say that it is quite efficient. Its thermostat is not the most accurate. But okay. What annoys me incredibly, and if I could turn back time, I would make a different choice, IS THE NOISE!!!! The outdoor unit sounds like I have a truck idling outside on my balcony. The indoor unit, compared to another 24 from Gree that I have in the store, is significantly noisier + Bonus when it reaches temperature and stops, it makes these CRACK CRACK sounds of contraction and expansion that could wake you up even if you are in the room. It's a shame because I chose this particular brand thinking it was a step above the others. Wrong.

FOR the Toyotomi Izuru ECO Inverter Air Conditioner 24000 BTU UNACCEPTABLE!!! After about 1 year, apart from the fact that it leaks water intermittently from the indoor unit, it makes an incredible noise when cooling up to 26 degrees and only above 27 degrees it has normal air conditioner noise. I haven't checked the heating yet, the response from the company's technician was that it is the fluids moving, impossible to sleep with this racket, which initially of course did not exist, wasted money, after a Fujitsu that never gave me a problem for 20 years!!

So guys, I have the 24, this year we are almost four years since its purchase. The house is old and the windows creak everywhere (I insulated them myself with patents), the air conditioner is a beast in heating, it doesn't understand a thing, we're talking about northern Greece and minus the winter. The house is 70 square meters and it turns into an oven, as for cooling, I have it on the lowest scale and we still freeze. And finally, what interests most people, the consumption. Until the readjustment clauses came, everything was fine, we paid about 600-700 euros just for heating for the semester, the air conditioner burned at 25-26 degrees on auto and in the coldest days we put it on turbo for two or three hours. We're talking about 18 to 20 hours a day because we also had a newborn baby at home, so you can understand that we had to always have warmth. This year, with the prices that are playing, it will show what it will burn at the end of winter.

Everything is fine, but the wifi is unacceptable! If I knew, I wouldn't have bought it just for this reason. But it works very well in heating and cooling! I hope the company does something about it

24000 purchase for a 50 sqm space. Cooling is much worse than the previous 20-year-old hair, but heating is very good. However, the important thing for me was the cooling, which is a disappointment. The name is misleading compared to its performance.

I have had the air conditioner (24,000 BTU) for about a month and it is perfect. I have only used it for heating. In a single space of 50 square meters with poor insulation (a 70-year-old house with old windows, top floor, with a large glass window), it becomes an oven at the lowest setting. I usually set it at 20 and anyone who comes in says it is very hot. The outdoor unit does not make noise - especially if I compare it to another older one that I have in the bedroom. Now, as for the indoor unit, I would not describe it as silent at all. I believe that if it were in a room where someone sleeps, it would bother them. However, because it is in a space where there are other noises, it gets lost, but you can't call it silent. It may be quieter in lower BTU models. I believe that it will perform just as well in cooling.

I have installed it in my shop, 24,000btu. It is an excellent and beautiful machine. With the door open, it heats and cools the shop perfectly, which is 55 square meters. It is a powerful machine. Quiet. It has been working every day for 2 years without any problems. For the wifi, the application I have installed and works perfectly is the gree+ one. What toytomi suggests, one worked and one didn't have a connection. The electricity bill from the old 12-year-old air conditioner is now 50 euros lower every month. Absolutely satisfied.

Good air conditioner. Tragic Wi-Fi. It connects whenever it wants and it's a waste of money if you get it for the Wi-Fi. The app reviews are terrible and that says it all.

It's a 24-inch, but I was lucky to get it for 730€

It concerns the 24,000 btu version. In a 65 square meter house, it acts like an oven or refrigerator, seriously. There is no other heating method. Even if the house was twice the size, it wouldn't have a problem. I haven't seen the consumption during winter yet, but so far it has shown very good features. The EWPE SMART application is suitable for wifi and works perfectly without disconnecting. We still need to see the consumption in very cold or very hot weather, as it was installed a month ago and has been working in very mild conditions.

For the price I got it (around 800€), it is great, it is quiet but the plastic makes a little noise, it heats or cools a large space relatively quickly

The Quiet ladder has no usefulness!! When you operate it on the first step out of the 5 available and put it on Quiet, it simply shuts down more often. It does not lower the air intensity like other air conditioners I have at home. Normally, it should lower and operate silently, just enough to maintain a relative temperature. I have been conducting many experiments with the steps, the automatic function, the isense, and all the other options that the remote control provides for days now. Under no circumstances does it work lower than the first step in silent mode. And of course, it does not display any error message. The internal unit simply shuts down completely for 5-10 minutes, resulting in constant alternation between cold and hot in the room. However, the heat it emits is very good and warms up the space comfortably immediately. It just has this issue of opening and closing. If it worked continuously in Quiet mode, it would be perfect.

After 1 year, the blinds have started to make a little noise at medium intensity. The 24-inch one is very powerful. It covers about 50 square meters in 2 minutes, either in the oven or in the refrigerator. The application has its little issues, but it works. Normal consumption. I would buy the same one again.

With the expiration of the warranty, the motor of the internal unit broke down. I don't think it's worth the money, it's overpriced.

I have been very satisfied in the beginning. It is in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, and it cools down immediately even in the heat. I'm talking about a 35m² space and it literally works on "idle". It cools down the other 2 rooms of the house in the same setting.
I should emphasize that the house is fully insulated, but with the old LG 12000Btu, it didn't cool down the living room during the hot weather. Maybe it wasn't working properly, I don't know.
It connected to the network immediately and everything is working perfectly.
Today, 8-9-21, I have been using it for 1 month and at some point, I will come back with an update.

My parents have it in the living room of a very old house with ancient windows that have no insulation. The house has a very strange layout, which makes it difficult to heat or cool the entire house with just one air conditioner.
Without further ado, with the doors of the rooms open in a 120sqm house and with everything I mentioned above, this air conditioner works wonders in both winter and summer, and in a very short time!
Take it without hesitation, there is no performance like this in other air conditioners of the same category!!
My parents have had it for 3 years, they maintain it regularly, and there hasn't been the slightest problem!

I came back to confirm what I have written above! It still works perfectly!

New owner. It looks very high quality, it doesn't make noise, it has immediate performance. The Wi-Fi function is very good. The external unit is almost noiseless. In a few days, when I have a more complete opinion, I will write again.

I'm coming back after a few days: when the cooling starts, there are some noises from the expansion valve, in the plastics.

After almost a year of use, I will say that I am very satisfied with the machine, its performance, and its minimal consumption. The only thing that remains is the vibrations from the expansion valves, without being particularly annoying.

Bought the 24,000 BTU for 800 euros without installation, only for cooling in a 95 sqm house with many walls. It was placed at the entrance of the house and at a temperature of 24 degrees, it froze within an hour. After that, it has been consistently keeping the house cool at 27 degrees. It is almost silent, I haven't tried the wifi yet.
The outdoor unit is bulky, I have placed it on the balcony. It doesn't make much noise but it emits a lot of hot air at intervals, which can be bothersome if you sit on the balcony while it is running.
The technician who installed it didn't know which model of Toyotomi I had purchased, so he only recommended the Izuru as the top one.
So far, I am very satisfied and would recommend it for purchase.

I bought the 24,000 BTU unit, at first when I saw the size of the outdoor unit I was scared. In the end, due to its large size, the outdoor unit is almost silent. As a cooling unit, it is very good. I installed it in a very large space of 90 square meters and it cools without any issues. Everything worked for me, even the wifi works perfectly. The only thing left to see now is the heating in winter and especially its durability over time as I have only had it for a week

I have it for two years and I am quite satisfied. It performs perfectly in cooling a 125 square meter house. Relatively quiet.

I bought it after consulting experts. It is a 24, and it was purchased solely for heating during the winter in a 95 square meter apartment. I am very satisfied with it, and with the power, now in cooling mode, everything is good so far. It is very affordable for its value for money!

Excellent in everything. I have been using it for 2 years for daily cooling and heating depending on the season. It's an amazing machine. In winter, you can boil and in summer, you can freeze if you set it higher than 26 degrees. It's quite economical in power consumption, it's worth every penny

Very good, a little weaker and noisier than the Fujitsu ASYG24LFC I have, but the differences are negligible. Considering the price difference, the Toyotomi might be more value for money. Of course, an air conditioner is not something you buy every week, so I don't know how right it is to give a lot of importance to the price.

To say about this machine, I am amazed. I have a 60 sqm open space attic at home and it heats it up in just 15 minutes! I have also installed the external unit on the terrace so that I don't have any noise on my floor with an additional cost of about 25 euros! I can easily activate it via WiFi and when I come home, it's already a furnace!! I recommend it to everyone, guys, look at the performance this specific 24 BTU heating system has! 35,000 BTU!! And in the summer, it has something similar

The motherboard burned out after 3 years. Obviously, the company doesn't cover it. The worst part is their service. While I had no issues while it was working, as soon as I needed to contact the service, it was a nightmare. They didn't have the spare part and it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting. Also, the cost for replacing the motherboard is 250 euros, quite high in my opinion considering I've had it for only a few years without using it frequently. Unfortunately, many acquaintances of mine have confirmed the terrible experience with Toyotomi's (non-existent) service. I would recommend anyone who values reliability to stay away

Very good for its price, the 18-24 btu has a huge external unit but luckily it can also be mounted high on a wall with a bracket.

It's terrible, I bought it and after 4 years it completely stopped working and burned out the circuit board. It's tragic for such an expensive air conditioner, a waste of money
