The review is about the 12, I write on 15/01/25 with an outside temperature of 7 degrees. In the heat, it is efficient in a 15sqm room. Let's talk about the noise. In quiet mode, it is noisier than my old Toshiba, which I had on full fans and you couldn't hear anything. In normal operation, when I tested the fan on the second and third speed, it is annoyingly noisy. These are preferences; if this doesn't bother you, then it is a quality construction with enough heat - not much for the 12 - and a readable bright remote control.

I installed 2 24s in a 200sqm studio, I can say that only one worked, the only problem was the connection to the Wi-Fi

The 24 air conditioner was purchased from Kotsovolos for around €1100 with free accessories. After using it in both summer and winter, I have to say that it is quite efficient. Its thermostat is not the most accurate. But okay. What annoys me incredibly, and if I could turn back time, I would make a different choice, IS THE NOISE!!!! The outdoor unit sounds like I have a truck idling outside on my balcony. The indoor unit, compared to another 24 from Gree that I have in the store, is significantly noisier + Bonus when it reaches temperature and stops, it makes these CRACK CRACK sounds of contraction and expansion that could wake you up even if you are in the room. It's a shame because I chose this particular brand thinking it was a step above the others. Wrong.

FOR the Toyotomi Izuru ECO Inverter Air Conditioner 24000 BTU UNACCEPTABLE!!! After about 1 year, apart from the fact that it leaks water intermittently from the indoor unit, it makes an incredible noise when cooling up to 26 degrees and only above 27 degrees it has normal air conditioner noise. I haven't checked the heating yet, the response from the company's technician was that it is the fluids moving, impossible to sleep with this racket, which initially of course did not exist, wasted money, after a Fujitsu that never gave me a problem for 20 years!!

After 4 years of operation, some plastics in the internal unit have cracked/broken and it leaks.
I read the reviews and notice that I am not the only one with this problem.
I was supposed to buy a Toyotomi air conditioner because I considered it a good company in air conditioners.

This is the last product of yours that I will buy.

Perfect! I have it for 3-4 years. I only use it in the summer at 26 degrees to produce cold air and at the first level of the fan. It doesn't consume much electricity, the plastics don't creak, and it doesn't make noise!
I clean the filters twice a summer with water and everything is fine :)

I have had this air conditioner for almost 2 years. It warms you up in the winter and cools you down in the summer. It is relatively quiet, economical, everything is good. But, my one big complaint is that it cannot maintain a steady temperature at all. You set it to 26 and it will go down to 22 and still keep working. Supposedly, it has an I sense sensor on the remote control. Neither the I Sense nonsense works, nor anything else... The only way is to open/close it because otherwise you will either freeze or boil in your own juice. For this reason, I cannot give it more than 2 stars.

After 2 months of operation, there is a problem with the external unit. My technician suggests replacing it because even if the problem is fixed, it is likely to recur. Disappointed after only 2 months. Forget about Toyotomi Greece as customer service in general.

Very powerful machine. 18000 btu covers a living room-kitchen of 60 square meters easily in hot weather. It is definitely worth its money

Although it was installed 3 days ago and the previous one was also a toyotomi 15 years old!!! No comparison between the two, of course the technology has changed, let's not forget that. To have a negative opinion is too early. I downloaded an app from the play store, Ewpe smart on my phone and established communication between the two devices and with the use of wi-fi you can do everything as if you have the remote control of the unit in your hands. And one more thing, I was at work, 20 km away from my house, I opened the data on my phone and activated the toyotomi from where I was using the wi-fi. My daughter called me and told me that the air conditioner was turned on and I was surprised. And yet it is true. Try it. This is especially worth it for the summer months when there will be heatwaves, and a quarter before you reach your house, you have already opened it and find your space cool.

After one cycle of operation (Winter - Summer), it is satisfactory in terms of performance. The only downside is the noises during heating operation. Probably poor materials. Anyone who wants to sleep without noise should change the company. Toyotomi has lost its old glory.

So guys, I have the 24, this year we are almost four years since its purchase. The house is old and the windows creak everywhere (I insulated them myself with patents), the air conditioner is a beast in heating, it doesn't understand a thing, we're talking about northern Greece and minus the winter. The house is 70 square meters and it turns into an oven, as for cooling, I have it on the lowest scale and we still freeze. And finally, what interests most people, the consumption. Until the readjustment clauses came, everything was fine, we paid about 600-700 euros just for heating for the semester, the air conditioner burned at 25-26 degrees on auto and in the coldest days we put it on turbo for two or three hours. We're talking about 18 to 20 hours a day because we also had a newborn baby at home, so you can understand that we had to always have warmth. This year, with the prices that are playing, it will show what it will burn at the end of winter.

Everything is fine, but the wifi is unacceptable! If I knew, I wouldn't have bought it just for this reason. But it works very well in heating and cooling! I hope the company does something about it

It concerns the 18000btu unit, in 2 years the internal unit cracked in 2 places on its own...... when removing the cover to clean the filters, one base literally melted..... The external unit makes a lot of noise despite installing noise dampeners..... unfortunately, it's a waste of money.

One of the best air conditioners, the izuru, is worth its money, perfect heat and excellent cooling!! I will look again for Toyotomi.

I have been using the 12,000btu device for a year in a 30 sqm room with a height of 3.10. It is perfect in terms of cooling, both in performance and consumption. In heating, it is very satisfactory in terms of performance but with higher consumption compared to cooling, although it has lower consumption compared to other heating methods such as a heater or a stove.

24000 purchase for a 50 sqm space. Cooling is much worse than the previous 20-year-old hair, but heating is very good. However, the important thing for me was the cooling, which is a disappointment. The name is misleading compared to its performance.

It produces a high-pitched electronic sound that is incredibly annoying when trying to sleep.
We have another exact same model in the adjacent room that doesn't make this sound.

I have had the air conditioner (24,000 BTU) for about a month and it is perfect. I have only used it for heating. In a single space of 50 square meters with poor insulation (a 70-year-old house with old windows, top floor, with a large glass window), it becomes an oven at the lowest setting. I usually set it at 20 and anyone who comes in says it is very hot. The outdoor unit does not make noise - especially if I compare it to another older one that I have in the bedroom. Now, as for the indoor unit, I would not describe it as silent at all. I believe that if it were in a room where someone sleeps, it would bother them. However, because it is in a space where there are other noises, it gets lost, but you can't call it silent. It may be quieter in lower BTU models. I believe that it will perform just as well in cooling.

I have installed it in my shop, 24,000btu. It is an excellent and beautiful machine. With the door open, it heats and cools the shop perfectly, which is 55 square meters. It is a powerful machine. Quiet. It has been working every day for 2 years without any problems. For the wifi, the application I have installed and works perfectly is the gree+ one. What toytomi suggests, one worked and one didn't have a connection. The electricity bill from the old 12-year-old air conditioner is now 50 euros lower every month. Absolutely satisfied.

Very good air conditioner, and the Wi-Fi works properly. Overall, it has all the functions as stated. It heats up the room very quickly.

I bought the 12,000 btu for a 45 sqm room.
Although it looks small, it has excellent performance for such a size, low noise (compared to others). The internet connection is relatively easy and useful. Only time will tell, but I believe it will do very well!!!!!!

Good air conditioner. Tragic Wi-Fi. It connects whenever it wants and it's a waste of money if you get it for the Wi-Fi. The app reviews are terrible and that says it all.

Guys, there is a problem with the external machine. It lost its suction in 2 years. The company refused to replace it, technicians fixed it at a cost of 170 euros and still the same issue. Unfortunately, there have been other incidents with this specific damage. CAUTION.
