I made 17 kilograms of minced meat in less than an hour with the medium sieve. Of course, not continuously, because machines like these heat up quite a bit and need their time. As the book says, if you use it for meat, you should stop grinding for 10 minutes after 10 minutes of use.

Don't pay attention to the wattage in machines of this category at all. They don't correspond to reality. It's not 1700W in any case. Although the book says 350W-450W, measuring it with a wattmeter, it doesn't draw more than 250W, while with difficulty with meat it reaches around 300W.

Not at all good from the day of receipt (today), I set it up to cut meat into even smaller pieces as stated in the instructions, but the blade was off-center and it never worked.
