2) Without tightening it too much, after 4-5 hours, you start to feel pain at the application point between the thumb and index finger because that's where the fastening is, and pressure is exerted. After 7-8 hours, it becomes unbearable, so I take it off to stop the pain or completely loosen the specific fastening for relief. Unfortunately, with this loosening, the movement of the wrist is released because that's the critical point.
I would advise you to consider these things before purchasing it, although I wouldn't recommend it.

2) Χωρίς να το έχεις σφιξει πολύ, μετα απο 4-5 ωρες αρχίζεις και πονας στο σημείο εφαρμογής ανάμεσα σε αντίχειρα και δείκτη, διοτι εκεί ειναι το κούμπωμα και ασκείται πιεση. Μετα απο 7-8 ώρες καταντάει ανυπόφορο, οπότε εγω το βγαζω για να σταματήσει ο πόνος, ή απλά λυνω τελείως το συγκεκριμένο κούμπωμα για ανακούφιση. Δυστυχώς όμως, με το λυσιμο αυτο, ελευθερωνεται η κίνηση του καρπού, διοτι εκεί είναι το κομβικό σημείο.
Θα σας πρότεινα να τα λαβετε υπόψιν αυτα, πριν την αγορά του, αν και δε θα το συνέστηνα.
