It is made of cast aluminum, a material that makes it highly resistant to high temperatures and scratches. We recommend choosing this grill pan if you want to cook 2-4 servings of food. To maintain the non-stick coating it has, we advise letting the utensil cool before cleaning it and avoiding the use of wire scrubbers. Opt for a soft, synthetic sponge.
