    I was looking for extra USB ports because I have all of them occupied on my laptop. This specific USB hub, one reads the external hard drive, one gets stuck, one connects and then disconnects. Definitely not something you can trust for your work, as it does not provide stability.
    Update after about a year: Having only 2 out of the 4 USB ports connected (keyboard and mouse), it started giving wrong input, meaning it would press random keys on its own. WITHOUT ever dropping it once, from the day I bought it, it remained unused on my desk. I simply threw it away.
