Highly recommended for painting and protecting buildings in urban and coastal areas with high humidity.

It is fully "waterproof," as it prevents external moisture and rainwater from penetrating and protects the wall from plaster swelling.

At the same time, it allows water vapor to escape through the wall to the external environment without trapping it (vapor permeable).

Additionally, it is "self-cleaning" as it allows rain to wash away atmospheric pollutants that have settled (dust, exhaust fumes, industrial pollutants). If needed, it can be repainted with simple acrylic paint (ARTAKRYL).
