    The device takes 3 springs inside, you put it under your neck and shake it up and down or open and close your mouth until your double chin disappears. At least that's what the instructions from the Chinese manufacturer say. I bought it as a gift for a friend of mine and after 1 use, she couldn't chew for half a day (we didn't see any difference in her double chin).
