I take it because I have catecholaminergic ectopic beats. I take 4 tablets at once (that is, 400 mg), together with an L-theanine tablet and 2000 mg of taurine. All together in the evening.
It works well. I’ve been taking it for 6 months and it doesn’t bother my stomach at all, unlike the citrate ones. (I have a very sensitive stomach.)

These tablets had zero effect on me at all. I have been taking Magnesium Bisglycinate for years, obviously different brands, but always with good results, helping me relax before bedtime and fall asleep. These had absolutely no effect on me at all.

if not the top in its category for magnesium in this form, certainly one of the best and most beneficial forms, with the least possible stomach discomfort and the best possible absorption by the body, what it states it also provides to the body, compared to many other branded ones whose absorption is much lower due to the form or complex, where they list large numbers and the body does not absorb even 1/3 of the mg stated on the package. The pill is large in general but it breaks very easily in half for ease of swallowing.

It is the first time in my life that I can't swallow a pill easily. I have never had a problem swallowing pills, but these unfortunately are badly made, they have corners and their size is large, with the result that one gets stuck in your throat, one tries to go down and doesn't, or when they do go down you feel them scratching your throat... DO NOT try to cut them in half, because the situation gets even worse, because they acquire points and rough edges that will then scratch your throat as if you were swallowing glass!

They do the job, you feel your muscles not hurting when you wake up in the morning, but would it have killed them to make the capsules half the size? Even if you then had to take 4 instead of 2, so what?

clean product, however when I took it before sleep, it caused me palpitations, intense dreams & unpleasant restlessness. Then I reduced the dose, one tablet a day (half at noon, half 3-4 hours before sleep) for about 2 weeks & then gradually increased to 1 at the same times. I take it supportively for joints & sleep quality (menopause), which has now improved. I leave this here so that if someone has a similar experience, they may be able to manage it this way & not be afraid of it.

I have noticed a difference mainly in that I get sleepy after half an hour to an hour after taking it. It loses one star because the pill is huge!

I have been using this particular supplement for almost 2 weeks. From the second time I took it before sleep, I saw an increase in my HRV, which is a positive thing, while I did not notice any difference in sleep quality.

Very effective magnesium in a good form. It is gentle on sensitive stomachs and with two before bed every night I sleep like a baby. I have also seen a noticeable difference in the relaxation of tense muscles.
Also, something I often read is that this particular form (glycinate) of magnesium causes constipation compared to others. That is not true, it is simply the magnesium citrate found in other products that has laxative properties. In short, it is not the bisglycinate magnesium that causes you constipation, but the citrate, which acts as a (mild) laxative. In any case, no magnesium (from a reputable company) will make or break your intestines; if you have constipation, it is good to find the reason elsewhere, since what the citrate does in this case is fight the symptom, not the cause.

Everything is perfect, it really helps with muscle soreness after the gym. Also, I think I sleep a bit more deeply.

It contains exactly the same active ingredient (TRAACS patent by Albion) and exactly the same dose as the corresponding product by Now. The pill is 1 millimeter longer than that of Now. I understand that some people may have difficulty swallowing it, but for most it is not a problem.

It works, it does what it promises. Difficult to swallow, if you don't swallow it immediately it sticks to your throat.

I consider it to be one of the best, if not the best, in its category and price range. I have tried others for a long period of time but I have now stuck with this one. 2 pills daily, 1 at noon after lunch and 1 at night about an hour before I go to sleep. Regarding the size of the pills, yes, they are indeed large, personally I have no problem with that.

I started it a little while ago, so I haven't formed a complete opinion yet.
What I really didn't like at all is the very large size of the pill, which is really very difficult for someone to swallow.
An immediate change is needed

The pill (it's a tablet, not a capsule) is hu-ge, chunky, and a bit rough. I have enlisted a hammer, blender (don't!), bougatsa knife, pill cutter. They should look into it a bit because it seems to be of very good quality. Especially for sleep, muscle tension, and pain, it is excellent. But if you drink a lot of water at night to swallow the chopped pill and you wake up for the bathroom... :) Edit: chopped up in yogurt or by adding a little salt, it becomes more tolerable.

Very good choice of magnesium, mainly because it is in the form of lysinate glycinate chelate and not simple magnesium oxide. This makes it higher quality for daily use, with better stomach tolerance and less chance of causing issues compared to cheaper forms.

I consider it ideal for nighttime, relaxation, muscle support, and a better sleep routine. It's also convenient that it has 100 mg per tablet, because you can easily adjust the dose.

A small downside is that the tablets are not the smallest and you need 2 for a full serving. Overall, though, it is one of the most honest and high-quality choices for magnesium glycinate.

According to Labdoor, it is the best magnesium available. I have been using it for years, I feel a huge difference when I use it, I rest completely and sleep deeply. It is 100% worth it. I have never experienced any side effects of any kind. It is magnesium in one of its best forms, if not the best, and it is easily absorbed.

I started taking them due to sleep problems, both by nature and because of medication for ADHD. I had a lot of difficulty falling asleep and generally sleep very restlessly, so I wasn’t expecting miracles. Although it hasn’t helped much with the issue of fragmented sleep, it is now much easier for me to fall asleep, so even when I wake up, I fall back asleep quickly. For now, I take 2 tablets 1 hour before going to bed and I want to try taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night, to see if it helps with the interruptions, but even if it doesn’t help, just the fact that I no longer toss and turn in bed to fall asleep is a huge gain.

Very large pills that have no coating. They don't go down at all. I tried to break them, but they are very bitter.

The three stars are not for Doctor's Best TRAACS magnesium glycinate (which for me is top-notch) but for the size of the pills. They are huge and you have to cut them in half. But even then, they are difficult to swallow. So I am going back to the corresponding powder and I will not buy the pills again.

Taking only the two tablets before sleep helped me a lot with cramps, sleep, and also helps with bowel movements for those who have constipation problems. 4 stars because they don't state in the advertisement from the beginning that the daily dose is 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at night. Bad taste, huge tablets with a low concentration of 100mg which makes it economically unfeasible because you have to take 4 per day. Moderately effective in terms of relaxation and sleep.
