So far, in our second year, things are going relatively well. I am lowering the stars because the steam comes out from below, so if you have a carpet near the oven, it gets dirty. Also, stains from food remain forever due to its construction. I think this is a phenomenon that all new ovens have. And you shouldn't scrub them too much with wire because they might get punctured, as the electrician told me when he came to connect it. If I compare it to the old oven, I can tell you that the old constructions were of a very different quality in the sense that you could scrub the grease with a wire and your oven would be clean—in this new oven, you can't do that anymore. One thing I didn’t like either was that the oven came without connection cables, and when I called Pitsos, the lady spoke to me very rudely, telling me that it’s for our protection that they don’t include the cables and that we can buy them because they cost two or three euros. I asked how it’s possible for an oven that costs around €600 not to have a cable—it’s like selling a phone without a charger. This trend should be abolished because, with the same logic, we could just buy a cable for two or three euros and install it ourselves, which doesn’t make sense... Manufacturers should provide an oven together with its cable and it should be of good quality. Also, this oven is not powerful when you use the fan except in one program that has a fan and a little circle. The other programs work very weakly. I haven’t had the chance to use the resistances yet

I bought it last Wednesday and it arrived yesterday, Tuesday, at a very good price and according to what my cousin told me, (I didn't research it), it is the latest model.
Today I had a technician come to connect it for me.
It took me a little while to learn how to use it because it's my first time with a ceramic stove. We always had gas stoves at home.
Today in the afternoon, I baked a pie.
It gets very hot...
As soon as you open the door, it hits you in the face.
As for the noise, it has that classic noise that all ceramic stoves have, whether they are built-in or not.
We haven't used the burners yet...
Also, the burners are 21 centimeters, 18 centimeters, and two burners that are 14.5 centimeters.
Also, the oven door has a small gap because the oven's air escapes from there.
Let's hope it lasts for many years.
We had a VOXON Italian gas stove that heated up the burners very quickly and the oven was powerful and baked nicely.
The burners got damaged and we bought new ones.
Go ahead and get it without fear!!!

The ceramic stove, within 3 months of careful use, filled with scratches. I had a cheap one for 10 years and it hardly had any issues. I would not recommend it nor would I buy it again.
Edit. In the 6 months that I have had it, I noticed that the coating of the oven started to peel on the inside, and when I wipe it, pieces of color remain on the sponge.

I bought this kitchen in May 2023, and what I noticed is that:
The alarm sound on the digital display screen (which sounds to notify you when the food is ready) is very quiet. You can only hear it if you are inside the same room. If you have any slight hearing impairment, or if you have music or the TV on, or if there are kids or if you are doing other work in another room, you won't hear it! Today, the technician from PITSOS came and the response was, "This is the sound, it's quiet in the new kitchens, it doesn't increase." Now, why did they send the person and not inform me over the phone, what can I say?
As for the Child Safety Lock, it's not like I thought it would protect them from easily opening the door and getting burned, but rather from pressing the buttons. That's not called protection. They should clarify it so that we know what we are really buying. Of course, I had learned with the previous one I had, which had a door lock, so it was SAFETY.
As for the rest, I haven't had the chance to see much. I hope I won't be completely disappointed.

The oven does not bake evenly from the first day. It burns the back left side and leaves the front raw. It is not powerful, meaning that with my old one I used to bake at 180 degrees and now I need 200. The bottom drawer is completely fake construction. The burners are not user-friendly when it comes to cleaning. It does not meet my needs for the 500€ I paid. I would not buy it again.

Unbelievable for its price, guys. I had an expensive one for 1700 euros and it broke over time. This particular company is Greek assembly, reading the manual it says Bosch. The same one in Bosch is 150 euros more. Don't think about it.

Αν εννοείς τον αέρα του φούρνου, από μπροστά βγαίνει αέρας. Η πόρτα του φούρνου έχει ένα ελαφρύ κενό στο πάνω μέρος και από εκεί βγαίνει ο αέρας.

Την έχω μήνες. Δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένη. Τα μάτια δεν καθαρίζονται καλά. Ο αέρας του φούρνου βγαίνει από μπροστά κ αν τυχόν φοράς κάτι στο λαιμό σε έκαψε. Επίσης ο ήχος δεν ακούγεται καθόλου.

Unbelievable for its price, guys. I had an expensive one for 1700 euros and it broke over time. This particular company is Greek assembly, reading the manual it says Bosch. The same one in Bosch is 150 euros more. Don't think about it.

Personally, I have no complaint about the kitchen, in terms of the method and speed of cooking. The instruction manual is very informative regarding the programs, oven cleaning method, and installation process. It also works perfectly when using the stove and oven simultaneously. I highly recommend it

Also, stains from food remain forever due to its construction. I think this is a phenomenon that all new ovens have. And you shouldn't scrub them too much with wire because they might get punctured, as the electrician told me when he came to connect it. If I compare it to the old oven, I can tell you that the old constructions were of a very different quality in the sense that you could scrub the grease with a wire and your oven would be clean—in this new oven, you can't do that anymore. One thing I didn’t like either was that the oven came without connection cables, and when I called Pitsos, the lady spoke to me very rudely, telling me that it’s for our protection that they don’t include the cables and that we can buy them because they cost two or three euros. I asked how it’s possible for an oven that costs around €600 not to have a cable—it’s like selling a phone without a charger. This trend should be abolished because, with the same logic, we could just buy a cable for two or three euros and install it ourselves, which doesn’t make sense... Manufacturers should provide an oven together with its cable and it should be of good quality. Also, this oven is not powerful when you use the fan except in one program that has a fan and a little circle. The other programs work very weakly. I haven’t had the chance to use the resistances yet

I bought it last Wednesday and it arrived yesterday, Tuesday, at a very good price and according to what my cousin told me, (I didn't research it), it is the latest model.
Today I had a technician come to connect it for me.
It took me a little while to learn how to use it because it's my first time with a ceramic stove. We always had gas stoves at home.
Today in the afternoon, I baked a pie.
It gets very hot...
As soon as you open the door, it hits you in the face.
As for the noise, it has that classic noise that all ceramic stoves have, whether they are built-in or not.
We haven't used the burners yet...
Also, the burners are 21 centimeters, 18 centimeters, and two burners that are 14.5 centimeters.
Also, the oven door has a small gap because the oven's air escapes from there.
Let's hope it lasts for many years.
We had a VOXON Italian gas stove that heated up the burners very quickly and the oven was powerful and baked nicely.
The burners got damaged and we bought new ones.

The ceramic stove, within 3 months of careful use, filled with scratches. I had a cheap one for 10 years and it hardly had any issues. I would not recommend it nor would I buy it again.
Edit. In the 6 months that I have had it, I noticed that the coating of the oven started to peel on the inside, and when I wipe it, pieces of color remain on the sponge.
