Excellent product! It really does what it promises! Nothing like pharmaceutical blockers that need replacement filters and still don't work effectively. I wish we had tried it from the start!

With two babies, it has saved us! We used to spend a lot on replacements, we got this and we calmed down. A big plus is that you attach it to the vacuum cleaner and you don't have to suck yourself!

Honestly, it is the best purchase I have made for my baby! You can't imagine what it removes each time — it pulls out everything, without hurting or bothering the child at all. At first, I was afraid its power would be too much... but no! It suctions just enough to clean my two-month-old son's little nose.

Our little one is 2 years and 3 months old and has not had an ear infection! We have been going to daycare since she was 1.5 years old and always in combination with saline solution, it cleans! We have a Karcher vacuum. So only one strong speed! And yet it sucks very lightly! As it states 0.2 bar. I will get it for the second child as well. I got it for my little one (now 20 months old), but I have also used it. He may not particularly like it, but he definitely prefers it over the Chicco nasal aspirator. It's a shame I didn't discover it earlier. It suctions the mucus as strongly as needed, and it's very easy to clean with warm water and a bottle nipple brush.
The only observation I have to make is that if you have a powerful vacuum cleaner (I have the Karcher and it's powerful), just check the intensity. I consider it sufficient. It just doesn't suck/clean the mucus as well as I would like. Not that I'm complaining.
