Bioagros, in collaboration with a family from Thessaloniki that has been involved in the production of Greek coffee since 1893, has selected for you exquisite varieties of coffee from organic farming. The blend that resulted was named Kaimaki. Ideally, we roast the coffee in a copper pot over low heat (1 teaspoon of coffee in 75ml of water). Stirring with care, you create the kaimaki. This thick foam that forms during boiling releases the coffee's aromas and offers a wonderful taste experience.
