It is very strong and can cause irritation, so in the morning after rinsing your face, it is good to apply a restorative cream. However, it is very effective on pimples and on the discoloration of marks and in the tightening of pores. I think it doesn't do much for blackheads, but anyway they only go away with facial cleansing

As a person with aggressive, active acne this worked wonders. My dermatologist suggested it as follows: cleanse, then use at night for 15', then remove with water. The next night, for 30', then 1h, 2h etc all the way to the whole night. It introduced dryness to my otherwise oily skin and irritated me only once near my nostrils and around my lips (where I presented dryness in the past) but the skin of my cheeks and forehead never looked better.

It was given to me by a dermatologist for acne. Initially, they told me to use it every other day and after 21 days, use it daily except on weekends and when I have a pimple, apply it topically during the day. When I use it, it causes incredible dryness, something I can't tolerate, to be honest.. so I have started using it only topically. It helps a lot with pimples, dries them out directly, but the area peels and is very dry, and for me at least, it's like spreading the redness left from the pimple and takes a few days to recover. It definitely needs a very good moisturizer.
