The grape press is used after the crushing (stomping) of the grapes. We place the crushed (stomped) grape inside the grape press in order to collect the last juices of the grape. The dry residue that remains after extracting the juice from the grapes can be used to provide the distillate for the production of other alcoholic beverages.
