As a game, it is very much a B-class. But you don't buy it for the graphics and the endless content; you buy it for the feelings that arise when you hear that classic music from the Friday the 13th movies coming from your TV speakers! The multiplayer is quite good, although it usually takes at least 5-7 minutes to find players and start the game. As a single player, it is also very good with a smoother experience and fewer (quite a bit fewer) bugs when playing as a counselor. The graphics are on par with a game from 2016-17... I can say they are quite good because as a game it is pretty dark, and that helps. One problem I noticed is that initially, when you select Jason or the counselor-leader you want, the image is blurry, and after one or two seconds, it clears up and the graphics become sharp. Personally, I bought the game because I am a huge fan of the Friday the 13th movies! It is exactly what someone wants to feel like they are really at Camp Crystal Lake, even if digitally. And speaking of digitally, the virtual cabin is a nice mystery game that one can find in the game, where you essentially do some tasks based on the knowledge you have from the movies (e.g., put the Jason masks hanging on the wall in chronological order). Personally, I found it very difficult as a game and finished it with help from YouTube. But wait for the end because it is truly perfect!!! Spoiler Alert… Uber Jason from the movie Jason X!!!

The main PROBLEM that disappointed me was the DLC, and that’s because I bought Jason from The Final Chapter for €2.99, and it was never installed… I just paid €2.99 for nothing! Although this is clearly a problem with the PS Store!

Overall, I believe it is a very good nostalgic game that all fans will love!!!
