Instructions for Use

1. MIXING FOR SHADES

Pure Naturals, Rich Naturals, Vibrant Reds, Deep Browns

  • Always mix in a ratio of 1:1, e.g., 60ml Koleston Perfect + 60ml Welloxon Perfect.
  • For darker shade/same tone/lightening 1 tone, with Welloxon Perfect 6% (20vol.).
  • Lightening 2 tones, with Welloxon Perfect 9% (30vol.).
  • Lightening 3 tones, with Welloxon Perfect 12% (40vol.).

Special Blonde

  • Always mix in a ratio of 1:2, e.g., 60ml Koleston Perfect + 120ml Welloxon Perfect.
  • Lightening 3 tones, with Welloxon Perfect 9% (30vol.).
  • Lightening 4-5 tones, with Welloxon Perfect 12% (40vol.).

Dyeing white hair

  • The addition of a Pure Naturals shade is required for sufficient coverage.
  • 30%-50% white hair + 1/3 Pure Naturals shade.
  • 50%-100% white hair +1/2 Pure Naturals shade.
  • Red shades on hair with more than 50% white, mix 2 parts red with one part Pure Naturals.

2. FULL APPLICATION. SAME TONE/DARKER

  • Apply the dye mixture immediately from the roots to the ends.
  • Processing times with heat: 15-25 minutes.
  • Processing times without heat: 30-40 minutes.

3. FULL APPLICATION WITH LIGHTENING

First step

  • Apply the dye mixture to the lengths and ends only.
  • Leave at least 2 cm from the scalp.
  • Processing times for Pure Naturals/Rich Naturals/Deep Browns: 10 minutes with heat, 20 minutes without heat.
  • Processing times for Vibrant Reds/Special Blonde: 15 minutes with heat, 30 minutes without heat.

Second step

  • Apply the dye mixture to the roots.
  • Processing times for Pure Naturals/Rich Naturals/Vibrant Reds/Deep Browns: 15-25 minutes with heat, 30-40 minutes without heat.
  • Processing times for Special Blonde: 25-35 minutes with heat, 50-60 minutes without heat.

4. ROOT TOUCH-UP

  • Start dyeing from the roots.
  • Apply first to areas with the highest percentage of gray hair.
  • For lightening, start from the areas where more lightening is required.
  • Tip: In the case of lightening, apply more product than in other dyes.
  • Processing times for Pure Naturals/Rich Naturals/Vibrant Reds/Deep Browns: 15-25 minutes with heat, 30-40 minutes without heat.
  • Processing times for Special Blonde: 25-35 minutes with heat, 50-60 minutes without heat.

5. COLOR UNIFORMITY IN LENGTHS AND ENDS

  • If necessary, after the processing time, spray the hair well with water (with Special Blonde shades use 100ml) and pass the dye through the lengths and ends.
  • Processing times for Pure Naturals/Rich Naturals/Vibrant Reds/Deep Browns/Special Blonde: 5-10 minutes without heat.

6. PASTEL

  • A prerequisite for this work is evenly bleached hair (1/2 tone lighter than the desired shade).
  • It can also be applied to natural hair with a tone level of 9/0 or lighter.
  • For beautiful, soft pastel shades, it is recommended to use the shades Koleston Perfect 10/1, 10/03, 10/8, 9/03, 9/16, 9/17, 9/38, and 9/7.
  • These shades are always mixed in a ratio of 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect Pastel. This means 1 part Koleston Perfect + 2 parts Welloxon Perfect Pastel.
  • Apply immediately to the hair from roots to ends.
  • Leave for up to 15 minutes without heat.
  • Important: For an even result, comb the hair every 5 minutes during the waiting time.

7. SPECIAL MIX

  • To enhance various shades
  • Koleston Perfect Special Mix shades are pure color tones.
  • The lighter the base shade, the less Special Mix is needed.
  • Exception: Tone levels 11 and 23.
  • The mixing ratio is 1 part cream color (Koleston Perfect and Special Mix) with 1 part Welloxon Perfect (e.g., 30ml Koleston Perfect + 2.5ml Special Mix + 32.5ml Welloxon Perfect).

Clean application

  • To highlight strands or sections of hair, Koleston Perfect Special Mix can be used directly with Welloxon Perfect.
  • For stunning, shiny color results, apply to previously lightened hair.
  • Mixing ratio: 1:1 for all Special Mix shades, except for 0/43, which has a ratio of 1:2.

8. CARE

  • After the waiting time is complete, dampen slightly with lukewarm water and gently massage.
  • Rinse thoroughly and use shampoo.

    I got the 55/65 Intense Light Brown Violet Mahogany. On my hair, which was previously dyed red (I think 66/55), in the light it shows a shade of red with fuchsia and purple, except for the roots which turned out fuchsia because of the greys!!     I got the 55/65 Intense Light Brown Violet Mahogany. On my hair, which was previously dyed red (I think 66/55), in the light it shows a shade of red with fuchsia and purple, except for the roots which turned out fuchsia because of the greys!! Then I got the 44/65 just for the roots to correct it. It turned out very nice.

    I have been using the 55/65 for the last three months, after seeing it on a friend and liking it. For me, with light chestnut hair, it turned out a beautiful red violet color. On the friend I saw it on, because she had black hair as a base, it looked like a darker violet again. In both shades, it is wonderful! The only thing is that I would like it to be a bit more affordable, especially for me since I use 2 dyes.
