I regretted my purchase immensely and I do not recommend it. The company itself, as Nobu, cannot be found anywhere to address directly, and the warranties are managed by the Greek distributor Inventor in an unacceptable manner, doing everything possible to prevent you from exercising your rights. So if a problem arises, you lose both money and your rights.
The problem: After less than 5 months of use, water started leaking from the air conditioner into the store. The tray that collects the water cracked and according to the technician, it was defective from its construction. When the technician called Inventor, in order to avoid expenses for a replacement part that costs 85€, they claimed that I had poured chemicals and that's why the plastic got punctured (even though I never touched it), and that it is not covered by the warranty.
Μετάνιωσα απίστευτα για την αγορά και δεν την συστήνω. Η εταιρία η ίδια ως Nobu δεν βρίσκεται πουθενά ώστε να απευθυνθεί κανείς κατευθείαν σε αυτή, και τις εγγυήσεις τις διαχειρίζεται η ελληνική μεγάλοεισαγωγέας Inventor με απαράδεκτο τρόπο, κάνοντας τα πάντα για να μην μπορείς να κάνεις χρήση του δικαιώματος σου. Αν λοιπόν προκύψει πρόβλημα χάνεις καί χρήματα και το δίκιο σου.
Το πρόβλημα: Μετά από ούτε 5 μήνες χρήσης άρχισε να τρέχει νερό από το κλιματιστικό μέσα στο μαγαζί. Ράγισε η λεκάνη που συλλέγει νερό και σύμφωνα με τον τεχνικό ήταν ελαττωματική από κατασκευής της. Όταν κάλεσε ο τεχνικός στην Invertor, για να γλιτώσουν έξοδα από ανταλλακτικό που κοστίζει 85€, υποστήριξαν ότι έριξα εγώ χημικά και γι’αυτό τρύπησε το πλαστικό (ενώ φυσικά δεν το εγώ αγγίξει) και ότι δεν καλύπτεται από την εγγύηση.
