Its tannins are perfectly balanced with acidity, and any aggressiveness is softened by the sensation of vanilla and cocoa that appear in the flavor profile. Long and delicious aftertaste. 

With a varietal composition of 1/3 Xinomavro, 1/3 Krasato, and 1/3 Stavroto, aged for 14 months in oak barrels and bottled without filtration.
