Instructions for Use/Preparation

Tips...Freshness: Transfer the coffee to an airtight, opaque container and place it in the refrigerator. This way, you will always enjoy its unchanged aroma....Enjoyment: Make it on low heat but do not let it boil to maintain its rich foam....Serving: First, distribute the foam in the cups and then fill with the remaining coffee.

    It has been tested in a double Greek coffee with the best result being a ratio of 14g coffee to 140ml water and a brewing time of about 1.45'-2.00' minutes. Relatively light in body but has interesting flavor. Very nice aroma when you open the bag. It is not the best coffee I have ever tried in general, but among the widely available brands for Greek coffee, this is a very good choice
