Good and stable while being relatively lightweight construction. A bit difficult to install. Mine had an iron hoop and I had never put one before, but you can find it. It also has a hook in the middle and you can also put TRX straps, etc

I give it 4 stars because the only negative thing I find in this scale is the wall screws of the plate. Really, whoever buys it should spend a little money to get some good screws with quality anchors for their own safety. Other than that, the scale is both beautiful and does its job

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the hooks it has on an old wall (with internal brick lining) do not hold well, resulting in it not being able to stabilize and therefore rendering the bar useless. As far as I managed to test it, the construction seems to be value for money compared to what it removes
