The ergonomically designed handle provides a secure grip. Use the knife on a wooden or plastic cutting surface. Do not use it to cut frozen foods or open containers. Do not expose the blade to heat or flames. After cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, and tomatoes, wash the knife immediately, as the blade may stain if left uncleaned. Hand washing is recommended. If washed in a dishwasher, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.
