    It is an amazing ice cream maker, it makes amazing ice cream (if you have a recipe, see Akis Petretzikis), but it doesn't have a Greek menu or recipes... at the very least, for the money it costs, it should have had them. For the above reasons, it loses 1 star from me

    Didn't know what too expect. In the UK our consumer association Which? rated this the best buy.
    Things you need to know:-
    1. Most ice cream recipes call for the mixture with eggs in to be cooked, you then need to cool the mixture before putting it into the machine, so 30 minute ice cream is not possible.
    2. The ice cream when it is completed is fine, if you put it in the freezer Gelato goes very hard, so you need to eat all of it within the three hour "Keep Cool" phase
    3.The paddle mixer in the machine knocks all the air out of the mixture, so keeping it once it is made is not possible.
    4. It is better than the type that you need to put in the freezer first

    Overall not worth the money, stick to buying your ice cream at this price you can by 50Kg or good quality ice cream

    Very good indeed, but expensive... It has texture gradation that you want, it has a large bucket, it freezes quickly... I remove 1 star because I consider it quite expensive compared to the volume capacity of the ice cream bucket, meaning it produces 1lt of ice cream while there are other ice cream machines at the same price or even cheaper that produce 2lt... It is the most expensive of its kind but could have a better price... I regret not buying another one with a larger capacity. If you want more quantity than 1lt, choose another one.
