After 7 months, the PC turned off for the first time...then it would turn off 3 to 5 times a day. I went to a technician and he told me that it is a poor quality product. Money wasted

I bought this power supply a few days before Christmas in 2018. The power supply started flickering the PC, definitely more than a year from today when I am writing this review. Today, specifically on November 26th, 2021, is one of the many times that the PC has shut down. Sometimes I manually turned it back on, and after a while, it started flickering for a long time. It would turn on and off after two seconds, and it kept doing this continuously for many seconds. If I didn't hold down the power button to shut down the PC, it would continue flickering. Every time it shuts down, I hear a sound like a relay clicking, and I hear it very close to the power supply. It is definitely the power supply that is the problem, and I now rate it with one star because it is really of poor quality. While all the devices work normally in terms of performance, the PC randomly flickers, and I'm afraid it might damage something else. If anything changes, I will update, but I can see myself buying a new one.

The problems became apparent from the first week, I just didn't pay much attention. The screen was flickering and I thought it was the Dp cable's fault, or I felt like the power was shocking me on the keyboard, but I thought it was just me. After a while, the computer wouldn't boot correctly and would enter safe mode. So, in the 6th month, in order for the computer to start up properly, I had to unplug the cable for about 5 minutes, then it would work normally (this lasted for 5 days, on the 6th day it never turned on).

I have been using the power supply for about 2 months. So far, it has not shown any problems, it seems to be of good quality, it is quiet, and because it is fully modular, it makes cable management easy. At the moment, I have not encountered any issues. The only strange thing is that when I shut down the computer, I hear a high-frequency noise for which I am not sure if it is caused by the power supply. If I turn off the power from the power strip and turn it back on, it stops. From what I have researched, some say it may be a capacitor that has blown, while others say it is natural. I don't know what to believe. In my case, however, I don't think the first option applies. If anyone can help me, please do. Other than that, it is very reliable. I recommend it!

It concerns the 550 W power supply.
For now, after 15 hours of operation, it seems to be okay.

The worst thing I have ever bought in terms of a power supply from a reputable brand.

After 1 month with this specific power supply, my computer started shutting down on its own, not turning on unless I unplugged the cable from the back for a while. The computer could work for 5 consecutive days and on the 6th day, it would shut down and not turn on again. In the end, it shut down and never turned on again.

Finally, as soon as I connected a different power supply, the computer ran without any problems. After searching forums and Amazon, I saw that many other users had the same issue, which is not an isolated incident.

In another case, I wouldn't write a review for a power supply because such incidents occasionally happen even with the best models. The issue here is that it seems the problem is significant because approximately 50% of users are dissatisfied on Amazon and other technical forums, so my problem was not isolated. Be cautious with this specific model, personally, I would recommend something else unless you want to take the risk.
