It targets viruses and microorganisms, mold spores, pollen, dust mites, allergens, particles from pet hair and dander, as well as cigarette smoke. The AeraSafe coating on the True HEPA filter helps limit the spread of bacteria, mold and fungi.

The AeraSmart sensor monitors air quality and automatically adjusts the fan speed, while blue, yellow and red indicators show the level of air cleanliness. PlasmaTrue technology creates an ionized field that helps remove pollutants. Aera+ mode increases airflow by 50% compared with the lowest filtration setting. The control panel displays the operating mode and indicates when the filters need replacing. Its performance is measured by the CADR rating.
