    I don't know if it's really 30w or 20w, but the speaker is very powerful, I would say, with nice highs and lows. Also, its battery has lasted for 4 hours playing at full volume. It's not a JBL, because I happen to have the xtreme 2 now and before I had the charge 4. In terms of sound power, it surpasses both of them outdoors, and that's where I have a complaint with JBL (outdoors).
