How is it possible that it DOES NOT heat the water? Isn't that why we buy it? Otherwise, we can just use cold! Why doesn't the company fix this for its current customers as well?

This particular water heater does not heat the water sufficiently. I had the same (older) model from elco and the water it heated was much more. Obviously, it heated it more

We have 2 of the 100-liter and 1 of the 80-liter. We have been using them for 1 year in a guesthouse and we constantly receive negative comments from customers because they do not heat the water even after 2 hours of operation. Very bad purchase.

The disaster of the century! Within 6 months, its resistance burned out, and the inner coating melted, constantly sending rust into the water!!!! There is nothing more tragic, the material it is made of is not suitable for water!!!

The relief valve is leaking on mine as well, so I had to replace it with a new one. The faucets in the waiting area didn't impress me for double the price of a water heater, but we'll see. After all, I have a 10-year warranty and a free lawyer. I've put Arta and Ioannina on top... No returns, crazy records, valves, flaps... We'll see.

Unacceptable in every aspect.

1. The relief valve leaks every time I turn it on, causing the bathroom to constantly flood. The temperature is set at 75 degrees instead of the 80 degrees that their factory employee set it to when they came for repairs. However, it continues to drip and forces me to sit on top of it just to catch it after the first half hour.

2. The temperature indicator for the water was broken from the beginning and wouldn't move. They came and replaced it under warranty, but the technician told me that all the indicators are faulty and to remember how long I opened it to calculate how much water I have! The new one only goes up to the middle of the maximum, regardless of how long it stays open.

Overall, it is not a good purchase.

The water heater was purchased 1.5 years ago. Everything works perfectly. The water remains hot for many hours. It even has an external temperature adjustment, without the need to unscrew any lid.

Edit: 7 years after its purchase, the water heater continues to work perfectly. No problems have occurred and it continues to operate as when first purchased.
