Stavros Archondakis is a Cytology Specialist, Director of the Cytology Laboratory at 401 Army General Hospital and the Alpha Prolipsis Network of Accredited Cytology Laboratories. He is a specialized expert of the National Accreditation System for Medical Laboratories and has expertise in Gynecological Cytology – particularly in the application of biomarkers for the detection and typing of the human papillomavirus (HPV).

He has worked for many years as a professor at public IEKs, is a certified trainer by the National Certification Center, and has repeatedly participated as an examiner in IEK graduate certification exams. He has authored numerous medical publications and is the creator and main author of the educational series Simple, Easy, Fast, Understandable for IEK students.
