The multifunctionality of the Big Easy that will surely impress you!

The Big Easy® is a unique multitool that allows the cook to fry without oil (airfryer), smoke/grill/rotisserie large pieces of meat or a whole 11-kilogram chicken, and grill on the TRU-Infrared™ grate without any unwanted flare-ups. Heat is diffused behind two double stainless steel walls, retaining the meat's juices, resulting in large pieces of meat becoming juicy.

Char Broil TruInfrared System

The grills with Char Broil's TruInfrared system are designed to trap heat and distribute it evenly across their entire surface. The liquids and fat that fall onto the hot surface evaporate instantly and return as steam to our food, keeping it juicy and tender while simultaneously preventing annoying flames.

Stainless Burners

More durable over time and wear than any other type of burner. They are the heartbeat of every grill as they produce and transmit the necessary heat through multiple holes, which allow the gas to escape in the form of a flame.

Electronic Ignition
