I give it five stars because, even though I literally bought it to cut wood for the fireplace, it manages to make shavings. Which, for the price at the moment, is more than ok. The knife is made of very good materials, it's worth it!

I have the Morakniv Companion Heavy Duty stainless, it is a good knife slightly more expensive than the carbon one but why would you want a knife that rusts in the 21st century? It has enough blade thickness to cut and split wood if needed, the upper side is not sharp so it can be used with a fire starter. The knife attaches to the sheath and does not come out with a simple movement, you have to do it specifically.
Έχω το Morakniv Companion Heavy Duty stainless είναι καλό μαχαίρι λίγο ακριβότερο από το carbon αλλά γιατί να θες ένα μαχαίρι που σκουριάζει στον 21ο αιώνα; έχει αρκετό πάχος λεπίδας για να σκίσει και ξύλα αν χρειαστεί η πάνω πλευρά δεν είναι κοφτερη ώστε να μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί με σπινθηρηστη το μαχαίρι κουμπώνει στην θήκη και δεν βγαίνει με απλή κίνηση πρέπει να το κάνεις συγκεκριμένα.
