The pump is fine. The service is bad. The compressor broke on January 31st, they replaced it on May 27th, and now it's not working again because it's showing an error in the water circuit. I guess that's how the summer will go. The support is the worst possible. Installation worth 10,000 euros and I can't make use of it.

So, I have had the pump for 3 years, I am extremely satisfied, it is efficient and silent.
It turns on every year with the first cold, around the end of November, and turns off in mid-April.
The house is in the northern suburbs of Attica, 120sqm penthouse exposed to the weather from all sides, insulated around the perimeter and on the roof with thermal facade, energy-efficient frames, and is heated with an underfloor heating system.
The operating water is at 32°C as long as the weather is normal, 2-15°C, if it drops below 2°C the water goes up by 1 degree and I burn 450-600 kWh per month, from the beginning of the month until now I have used 230 kWh and the house is steadily at 20-21°C.
If the house has good insulation and a proper study has been done by a mechanical engineer, it is the most economical heating option available.
Λοιπόν, την αντλία την έχω 3 χρόνια , είμαι υπερευχαριστημένος ,είναι αποδοτική και αθόρυβη.
Ανοίγει κάθε χρόνο με τα πρώτα κρύα περίπου τέλος Νοέμβρη και κλείνει μέσα Απριλίου.
Το σπίτι είναι στα βόρεια προάστια αττικής , 120τμ ρετιρέ εκτεθειμένο από παντού στον καιρό ,μονωμένο περιμετρικά και στην οροφή με θερμοπροσοψη, Κουφωματα ενεργειακά και και θερμαίνεται με σύστημα ενδοδαπεδιας ,
Τα νερά λειτουργίας είναι στους 32c όσο έχει νορμαλ καιρο 2-15c αν πέσει κάτω από 2 τα νερά ανεβαίνουν 1 βαθμό και καίω το μήνα 450-600 kw, από την αρχή του μήνα μέχρι τώρα έχω κάψει 230κwκαι το σπίτι είναι σταθερά στους 20-21c
Αν το σπίτι έχει καλή μόνωση και έχει γίνει σωστή μελέτη από μηχανολόγο είναι ότι πιο οικονομικό σε θέρμανση υπάρχει.

Problematic product. The compressor burned out and the circuit board was damaged due to a refrigerant leak at the joints of the pipes from poor construction, material failure. The same problem occurred in an LG air conditioner. Due to the expiration of the warranty, the company does not acknowledge the problem and does not provide any warranty for the repair. Communication with the company is very problematic and impersonally irresponsible. There is also an issue with the reliability of the authorized service centers they recommend regarding their ability to respond to technical issues.
Προβληματικο προιον . Καηκε ο συμπιεστης και η πλακεττα απο διαρροη ψυκτικου υγρου στις κολλησεις των σωληνωσεων απο κακη κατασκευη , αστοχια υλικων. Το ιδιο προβλημα παρουσιαστηκε σε κλιματιστικο της LG. Λογω ληξης της εγγυησης η εταιρεια δεν αναγνωριζει το προβλημα και για την επισκευη δεν δινει καμμια εγγυηση. Η επικοινωνια με την εταιρεια πολυ προβληματικη και απροσωπα ανευθυνη. Υπαρχει επισης προβλημα με την αξιοπιστια των εξουσιοδοτημενων συνεργειων που προτεινουν για την ικανοτητα τουσ να ανταποκριθουν στα τεχνικα θεματα.

At first, I was very skeptical. I had been researching the issue with the pump for 2 years (how much it consumes, if it is generally cost-effective). I decided to take the risk and I won. So, a detached house near the sea, elevated on a mountain, a 35-year-old house with poor insulation, 90% humidity outside, exposed to the north. I decided to do a radical renovation, one of the most important things was to protect the house from weather conditions and generally not to have significant temperature losses. I changed the frames since I have many openings and I installed energy-efficient ones. So, I installed the LG THERMA V R32 MONOBLOCK 3Φ HM163M.U33 pump, until it started working I had smoked 3 packs out of anxiety, then I smoked another 3 out of joy. So, I mention: 1) it heats up quickly and you become a bomb 2) I have installed a kilowatt-hour meter only for the pump on the panel, I emphasize this. Listen, it burned 2160 kilowatt-hours in a month, open for 24 hours at 22 degrees, of course, I will change the energy provider. 3) The noise the pump makes is exactly the same as an air-conditioning unit. 4) Easy operation and a beautiful panel. In general, it is a crazy investment, it is very worthwhile.
Στην αρχή ήμουν πολύ επιφυλακτικός , 2 χρόνια το έψαχνα το θέμα με την αντλία ( πόσο καίει , αν συμφέρει γενικά ) . Πήρα την απόφαση να ρισκάρω και κέρδισα . Λοιπόν , σπίτι μονοκατοικία , κοντά σε θάλασσα , υπερυψωμένο σε βουνό , σπίτι 35 ετών , με κακή μόνωση , με 90% υγρασία έξω , εκτεθειμένο στο βορειά . Αποφάσισα να κάνω ριζική ανακαίνιση , ένα από τα ποιο σημαντικά ήταν να θωρακίσω το σπίτι από καιρικές συνθήκες αλλά γενικά να μην έχω μεγάλες απώλειες θερμοκρασίας . Άλλαξα κουφώματα αφού έχω πολλά ανοίγματα και έβαλα ενεργειακά . Λοιπόν , έβαλα την αντλία LG THERMA V R32 MONOBLOCK 3Φ HM163M.U33 , μέχρι να μπει σε λειτουργία είχα καπνίσει 3 πακέτα από την αγωνία μου , μετά κάπνισα άλλα 3 από τη χαρά μου . Άρα αναφέρω , 1) αρπάζει γρήγορα και γίνεσαι μπόμπα
2) στον πίνακα έχω βάλει μετρητή κιλοβατώρας μόνο για την αντλία , αυτό που θα πω το τονίζω . Ακούστε , 24 ώρες ανοιχτή στους 22 βαθμούς για ένα μήνα μου έκαψε 2160 κιλοβατώρες , βέβαια θα αλλάξω πάροχο ενέργειας .
3) Ο θόρυβος που κάνει η αντλία είναι ακριβώς ίδιος σαν μια μονάδα air-condition .
4) Πανεύκολη λειτουργία και όμορφος πίνακας .
Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια επένδυση τρελή , αξίζει πάρα πολύ .

Yannis. The 14 kW model was installed about two months ago. It is the new model, where the water temperature reaches up to 65 degrees Celsius. It was installed in a detached house. The results are impressive, both in terms of performance and economy. It was connected to the radiators. Last year, until Christmas, I burned about 800 liters of oil using the boiler for 4 to 5 hours. With the pump running 24/7, it hasn't burned anything so far. It also heats the water from the solar panels. With the boiler, I needed around 1,500 to 1,800 liters of oil per season. With the pump, it seems like it won't even burn half the amount of money compared to oil. You need to have it running all day to maintain a stable temperature. It is quiet, with an inverter compressor and the new R32 refrigerant, which reaches temperatures very quickly. Personally, I use it from 50 to 55 degrees Celsius. It's worth it. A fantastic product from a reliable company in Greece that has representatives everywhere. It is important to have a representative because there are other brands that don't have representatives in the provinces. Pay attention to that. Of course, it is expensive to purchase, but it is worth it. No maintenance or anything. Just the water filter at the pump's inlet (which not everyone includes, and that's a mistake). We open the tap to remove any dirt and air out at the beginning of each season.
Γιάννης .Τοποθετήθηκε η 14 άρα πριν δύο περίπου μήνες.Είναι το καινούργιο μοντέλο ,όπου τη θερμοκρασία νερού τη φτάνει μέχρι 65 βαθμούς.Μπήκε σε μονοκατοικία.Τα αποτελέσματα είναι εντυπωσιακά.Και από πλευράς απόδοσης αλλά και οικονομίας.Συνδέθηκε στα σώματα καλοριφέρ.Πέρυσι μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα έκαψα περίπου 800 λίτρα πετρέλαιο δουλεύοντας το λέβητα 4 με 5 ώρες.Με την αντλία που δουλεύει όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει κάψει τίποτα.Και ζεσταίνει και το νερό του ηλιακού.Χρειαζόμουνα με το λέβητα γύρω στα 1,500 με 1,800 λίτρα πετρέλαιο τη σεζόν .Με την αντλία όπως δείχνει το πράγμα μέχρι στιγμής δεν θα κάψει ούτε τα μισά χρήματα από το πετρέλαιο. Πρέπει να την έχετε όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο ανοιχτή για να κρατά σταθερή τη θερμοκρασία.Αθόρυβη με συμπιεστή inverter και με το νέο υγρό R32 που πιάνει θερμοκρασίες πολύ γρήγορα.Εγώ προσωπικά τη δουλεύω από 50 έως 55 βαθμούς .Αξίζει .Ένα φανταστικό προϊόν από μια αξιόπιστη εταιρία στην Ελλάδα που έχει αντιπροσώπους παντού.Αυτό είναι σημαντικό να υπάρχει αντιπρόσωπος.Γιατί υπάρχουν κι άλλες μάρκες που δεν έχουν αντιπρόσωπο στις επαρχίες.Αυτό να το προσέξετε.Βέβαια στοιχίζει η αγορά της αλλά αξίζει.Ούτε συντηρήσεις ούτε τίποτα.Μόνο το φίλτρο νερού στην είσοδο της αντλίας (που κι αυτό δεν το βάζουν όλοι και κακώς) ανοίγουμε το βρυσάκι για να φύγουν τυχόν βρωμιές και εξαέρωση κάθε αρχή της σεζόν.

Για την καλυτερη αποδοση του συστηματος συστηνεται η αλλαγη παλαιων σωματων με φετες με τυπου πανελ ισως και λιγο μεγαλυτερα απο τα υπαρχοντα. Η αντλια οσο πιο χαμηλα δουλευει σε θερμοκρασια νερου τοσο πιο οικονομικη/αποδοτικη ειναι. Με δεδομενη 24ωρη λειτουργια δεν χρειαζεσαι 80 βαθμους στα σωματα.

Για τις καταναλώσεις και άλλα τεχνικά θα επανέλθω αργότερα, αλλά προς το παρόν μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ισχυρή, ζεσταίνει αποτελεσματικά ένα σπίτι καθαρά 90τμ, είναι αθόρυβη και πανέμορφη. The pump is fine. The service is bad. The compressor broke on January 31st, they replaced it on May 27th, and now it's not working again because it's showing an error in the water circuit. I guess that's how the summer will go. The support is the worst possible. Installation worth 10,000 euros and I can't make use of it.
Η αντλία είναι μια χαρά. Το σέρβις είναι κακό. Χάλασε ο συμπιεστής 31 Ιανουαρίου, μου τον άλλαξαν 27 Μαϊου και τώρα δεν λειτουργεί πάλι γιατί βγάζει σφάλμα στο κύκλωμα του νερού. Μάλλον έτσι θα περάσει το καλοκαίρι. Η υποστήριξη είναι η χειρότερη δυνατή. Εγκατάσταση αξίας 10000 ευρώ και δεν μπορώ να την αξιοποιήσω.
The pump was installed in November 2021. Since December 6th, the meter has been running continuously and the pump has not stopped at all. The consumption is what you see. Constant hot water at 45 degrees and constant warmth in the house at 20 degrees until today. It was installed in an 85 sqm house. The single-phase supply covers both the operation of the pump and the needs of the rest of the house.
Η αντλία τοποθετήθηκε τον Νοέμβριο του 2021. Από τις 6 Δεκεμβρίου μπήκε ο μετρητής στον πίνακα και η αντλία δεν έχει κλείσει καθόλου. Η κατανάλωση είναι αυτή που βλέπετε. Ζεστό νερό στους 45 βαθμούς σταθερά και ζεστή στο σπίτι στους 20 βαθμούς σταθερά μέχρι σήμερα. Τοποθετήθηκε σε σπίτι 85 τμ. Η μονοφασική παροχή καλύπτει και την λειτουργία της αντλίας ταυτόχρονα με τις ανάγκες του υπόλοιπου σπιτιού.
At first, I was very skeptical. I had been researching the issue with the pump for 2 years (how much it consumes, if it is generally cost-effective). I decided to take the risk and I won. So, a detached house near the sea, elevated on a mountain, a 35-year-old house with poor insulation, 90% humidity outside, exposed to the north. I decided to do a radical renovation, one of the most important things was to protect the house from weather conditions and generally not to have significant temperature losses. I changed the frames since I have many openings and I installed energy-efficient ones. So, I installed the LG THERMA V R32 MONOBLOCK 3Φ HM163M.U33 pump, until it started working I had smoked 3 packs out of anxiety, then I smoked another 3 out of joy. So, I mention: 1) it heats up quickly and you become a bomb 2) I have installed a kilowatt-hour meter only for the pump on the panel, I emphasize this. Listen, it burned 2160 kilowatt-hours in a month, open for 24 hours at 22 degrees, of course, I will change the energy provider. 3) The noise the pump makes is exactly the same as an air-conditioning unit. 4) Easy operation and a beautiful panel. In general, it is a crazy investment, it is very worthwhile.
Στην αρχή ήμουν πολύ επιφυλακτικός , 2 χρόνια το έψαχνα το θέμα με την αντλία ( πόσο καίει , αν συμφέρει γενικά ) . Πήρα την απόφαση να ρισκάρω και κέρδισα . Λοιπόν , σπίτι μονοκατοικία , κοντά σε θάλασσα , υπερυψωμένο σε βουνό , σπίτι 35 ετών , με κακή μόνωση , με 90% υγρασία έξω , εκτεθειμένο στο βορειά . Αποφάσισα να κάνω ριζική ανακαίνιση , ένα από τα ποιο σημαντικά ήταν να θωρακίσω το σπίτι από καιρικές συνθήκες αλλά γενικά να μην έχω μεγάλες απώλειες θερμοκρασίας . Άλλαξα κουφώματα αφού έχω πολλά ανοίγματα και έβαλα ενεργειακά . Λοιπόν , έβαλα την αντλία LG THERMA V R32 MONOBLOCK 3Φ HM163M.U33 , μέχρι να μπει σε λειτουργία είχα καπνίσει 3 πακέτα από την αγωνία μου , μετά κάπνισα άλλα 3 από τη χαρά μου . Άρα αναφέρω , 1) αρπάζει γρήγορα και γίνεσαι μπόμπα
2) στον πίνακα έχω βάλει μετρητή κιλοβατώρας μόνο για την αντλία , αυτό που θα πω το τονίζω . Ακούστε , 24 ώρες ανοιχτή στους 22 βαθμούς για ένα μήνα μου έκαψε 2160 κιλοβατώρες , βέβαια θα αλλάξω πάροχο ενέργειας .
3) Ο θόρυβος που κάνει η αντλία είναι ακριβώς ίδιος σαν μια μονάδα air-condition .
4) Πανεύκολη λειτουργία και όμορφος πίνακας .
Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια επένδυση τρελή , αξίζει πάρα πολύ .

Yannis. The 14 kW model was installed about two months ago. It is the new model, where the water temperature reaches up to 65 degrees Celsius. It was installed in a detached house. The results are impressive, both in terms of performance and economy. It was connected to the radiators. Last year, until Christmas, I burned about 800 liters of oil using the boiler for 4 to 5 hours. With the pump running 24/7, it hasn't burned anything so far. It also heats the water from the solar panels. With the boiler, I needed around 1,500 to 1,800 liters of oil per season. With the pump, it seems like it won't even burn half the amount of money compared to oil. You need to have it running all day to maintain a stable temperature. It is quiet, with an inverter compressor and the new R32 refrigerant, which reaches temperatures very quickly. Personally, I use it from 50 to 55 degrees Celsius. It's worth it. A fantastic product from a reliable company in Greece that has representatives everywhere. It is important to have a representative because there are other brands that don't have representatives in the provinces. Pay attention to that. Of course, it is expensive to purchase, but it is worth it. No maintenance or anything. Just the water filter at the pump's inlet (which not everyone includes, and that's a mistake). We open the tap to remove any dirt and air out at the beginning of each season.
Γιάννης .Τοποθετήθηκε η 14 άρα πριν δύο περίπου μήνες.Είναι το καινούργιο μοντέλο ,όπου τη θερμοκρασία νερού τη φτάνει μέχρι 65 βαθμούς.Μπήκε σε μονοκατοικία.Τα αποτελέσματα είναι εντυπωσιακά.Και από πλευράς απόδοσης αλλά και οικονομίας.Συνδέθηκε στα σώματα καλοριφέρ.Πέρυσι μέχρι τα Χριστούγεννα έκαψα περίπου 800 λίτρα πετρέλαιο δουλεύοντας το λέβητα 4 με 5 ώρες.Με την αντλία που δουλεύει όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει κάψει τίποτα.Και ζεσταίνει και το νερό του ηλιακού.Χρειαζόμουνα με το λέβητα γύρω στα 1,500 με 1,800 λίτρα πετρέλαιο τη σεζόν .Με την αντλία όπως δείχνει το πράγμα μέχρι στιγμής δεν θα κάψει ούτε τα μισά χρήματα από το πετρέλαιο. Πρέπει να την έχετε όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο ανοιχτή για να κρατά σταθερή τη θερμοκρασία.Αθόρυβη με συμπιεστή inverter και με το νέο υγρό R32 που πιάνει θερμοκρασίες πολύ γρήγορα.Εγώ προσωπικά τη δουλεύω από 50 έως 55 βαθμούς .Αξίζει .Ένα φανταστικό προϊόν από μια αξιόπιστη εταιρία στην Ελλάδα που έχει αντιπροσώπους παντού.Αυτό είναι σημαντικό να υπάρχει αντιπρόσωπος.Γιατί υπάρχουν κι άλλες μάρκες που δεν έχουν αντιπρόσωπο στις επαρχίες.Αυτό να το προσέξετε.Βέβαια στοιχίζει η αγορά της αλλά αξίζει.Ούτε συντηρήσεις ούτε τίποτα.Μόνο το φίλτρο νερού στην είσοδο της αντλίας (που κι αυτό δεν το βάζουν όλοι και κακώς) ανοίγουμε το βρυσάκι για να φύγουν τυχόν βρωμιές και εξαέρωση κάθε αρχή της σεζόν.

The operating water is at 32°C as long as the weather is normal, 2-15°C, if it drops below 2°C the water goes up by 1 degree and I burn 450-600 kWh per month, from the beginning of the month until now I have used 230 kWh and the house is steadily at 20-21°C.
If the house has good insulation and a proper study has been done by a mechanical engineer, it is the most economical heating option available.
Λοιπόν, την αντλία την έχω 3 χρόνια , είμαι υπερευχαριστημένος ,είναι αποδοτική και αθόρυβη.
Ανοίγει κάθε χρόνο με τα πρώτα κρύα περίπου τέλος Νοέμβρη και κλείνει μέσα Απριλίου.
Το σπίτι είναι στα βόρεια προάστια αττικής , 120τμ ρετιρέ εκτεθειμένο από παντού στον καιρό ,μονωμένο περιμετρικά και στην οροφή με θερμοπροσοψη, Κουφωματα ενεργειακά και και θερμαίνεται με σύστημα ενδοδαπεδιας ,
Τα νερά λειτουργίας είναι στους 32c όσο έχει νορμαλ καιρο 2-15c αν πέσει κάτω από 2 τα νερά ανεβαίνουν 1 βαθμό και καίω το μήνα 450-600 kw, από την αρχή του μήνα μέχρι τώρα έχω κάψει 230κwκαι το σπίτι είναι σταθερά στους 20-21c
Αν το σπίτι έχει καλή μόνωση και έχει γίνει σωστή μελέτη από μηχανολόγο είναι ότι πιο οικονομικό σε θέρμανση υπάρχει.
Problematic product. The compressor burned out and the circuit board was damaged due to a refrigerant leak at the joints of the pipes from poor construction, material failure. The same problem occurred in an LG air conditioner. Due to the expiration of the warranty, the company does not acknowledge the problem and does not provide any warranty for the repair. Communication with the company is very problematic and impersonally irresponsible. There is also an issue with the reliability of the authorized service centers they recommend regarding their ability to respond to technical issues.
Προβληματικο προιον . Καηκε ο συμπιεστης και η πλακεττα απο διαρροη ψυκτικου υγρου στις κολλησεις των σωληνωσεων απο κακη κατασκευη , αστοχια υλικων. Το ιδιο προβλημα παρουσιαστηκε σε κλιματιστικο της LG. Λογω ληξης της εγγυησης η εταιρεια δεν αναγνωριζει το προβλημα και για την επισκευη δεν δινει καμμια εγγυηση. Η επικοινωνια με την εταιρεια πολυ προβληματικη και απροσωπα ανευθυνη. Υπαρχει επισης προβλημα με την αξιοπιστια των εξουσιοδοτημενων συνεργειων που προτεινουν για την ικανοτητα τουσ να ανταποκριθουν στα τεχνικα θεματα.
This is the first time in my life I am using a heat pump and even though I had some concerns, the house warmed up immediately and very quickly. I will come back later for the consumption and other technical details, but for now I can say that it is powerful, effectively heats a clean 90 sqm house, is silent, and beautiful.
