    I don't have any other negatives to point out besides the cable length, but that is related to market research.

    In case of using a fan controller on mine (tower), the LED lights only work at maximum power.

    Overall impression: a very good choice for low-budget fans, for those who don't want to spend a lot of money on basic cooling, without this meaning it has ineffective cooling.

    Overall, it's a stock fan with LED, for 4 euros, I can't complain.
