Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino red wine is made from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes. The winemaking process includes 10–12 days of contact with the grape skins, and the wine is aged for at least 4 years in oak barrels of various sizes. Its aromatic and flavour profile combines notes of violet, vanilla and liquorice with the grape variety’s characteristic aromas, while the palate offers balanced tannins and acidity, with a spicy finish.
