Βοηθάει αλλά όχι όπως τον χειμώνα. Γενικά θέλει να μην έχεις κλιματιστικό γιατί το κλιματιστικό ξηραίνει τον λαιμό και την μυτη. Άρα καλύτερα να το αποφεύγεις.
