    2) When we pull to cut paper with the arm it has, we must definitely do it with a sudden upward movement so that the weight of its metal arm that is there to cut the paper resists and cuts the paper.
    If it had a spring on the arm for paper cutting, it would cut like butter and without any "technique" all the papers.
