The installation is done through the app in less than 2 minutes. It has various operating modes, either to do NAT behind the ISP's router, or to put the ISP's router in bridge mode and make the PPPoE call to the Amplifi. The range and speed are impeccable. The quality of both the hardware and the app is excellent.

    As for the negatives:
    - The web UI is simplistic and does not have many settings. 90% of things need to be done through the app.
    - In its DHCP, one cannot define custom DNS. The Amplifi itself is the DNS server that is distributed to the clients.
