There doesn't seem to be any difference at all between before and after. No matter how much product I apply, my lashes don't become darker, longer, or denser. Unfortunately, it is neither waterproof nor smudge-proof. Within the first 10 minutes after application, I already have black smudges under and above my eyes without even leaving the house or exercising. After doing some research, I found out that it contains acai oil, so the smudging is likely due to the oil. Strangely enough, it doesn't come off easily with waterproof mascara remover lotion.
