Good evening. Due to work, I have had the Wave since 2007 and the Surge since 2010. Whatever I write will be little. They are tools that cannot be damaged in any way. They have fallen, they have cut, they have unscrewed. They have even cut tree branches with a diameter of 2 inches with the saw, and I still use them without any problem. I even had the case repaired by a cobbler 3 years ago (velcro replacement). I wonder how the company makes a profit...!
Καλησπέρα. Λόγω εργασίας έχω στην κατοχή μου το Wave από το 2007 και το surge ααποβτο 2010.
Ότι και να γράψω θα είναι λίγο. Είναι εργαλεία που δε ν χαλάνε με τίποτα. Έχουν πέσει, έχουν κόψει ,έχουν ξεβιδωσει .ακόμα με το πριόνι έχουν κόψει κλαδιά δέντρων διαμέτρου 2 ιντσών και ακόμα τα χρησιμοποιοω χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Μέχρι και την θήκη την έφτιαξα πριν 3 χρόνια στον τσαγκάρη (αλλαγη βελκρο). Απορώ πως βγάζει κέρδος η εταιρεία.....!
I have been a holder of this tool for two years. With almost daily use, the tool has not suffered anything except for some superficial fading because I have it in black. That's why I don't prefer it compared to the simple clear version.
SHARPENING: The knife cuts like a razor but of course over the years, it needed sharpening. I recommend sharpening on a good quality stone. One can remove the blade with a Torx tip but not the simple one, the one with a little hole in the middle.
ACCESSORIES: Its case is durable and of good quality with 2 slots for a small flashlight or anything else. I have put 2 markers in it due to work. One can also buy a set with extra bits for its screwdriver, and a set for extra cutters for the pliers which I highly recommend. There is also a ratchet with an extension available on the market which I consider unnecessary.
PRICE: Because many complain about the price, I would say to all of them that they probably have not had a Leatherman in the past. Last year, along with the bits and cutters, it cost me around 200 euros. I don't consider it cheap but it has definitely paid for itself and more. (So you could say it's cheap). Besides, from what I see, its price has dropped quite a bit compared to last year. Leatherman tools last A LIFETIME. So the purchase is worth it.
CLEANING: I clean it whenever it gets dirty under the faucet with an old toothbrush. If there are tough stains like grease, oil, etc., one can put it in hot water and scrub it with a brush and soap.
The tool is flawless and I consider the Surge to be Leatherman's flagship. It is the most complete tool.
Κάτοχος του εργαλείου εδώ και δύο χρόνια. Με χρήση σχεδόν καθημερινή το εργαλείο δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα εκτός από κάτι επιφανειακά ξεβάματα επειδή το έχω σε μαύρο. Γι αυτό και δε το προτιμώ σε σχέση με την απλή άχρωμη έκδοση.
ΑΚΟΜΙΣΜΑ: Το μαχαίρι κόβει ξυράφι αλλά φυσικά με τα χρόνια, χρειάστηκε ακόνισμα. Προτείνω ακόνισμα σε καλής ποιότητας πέτρα. Μπορεί κανείς να αφαιρέσει την λάμα με μύτη τορξ αλλά όχι το απλό, αυτό που έχει μια τρυπούλα στη μέση.
ΑΞΕΣΟΥΑΡ: Η θηκη του είναι αντοχής και καλής ποιότητας με 2 υποδοχές για μικρό φακό η οτιδήποτε άλλο. Εγώ λόγω δουλείας έχω βάλει 2 μαρκαδοράκια. Μπορεί κανείς να αγοράσει και ενα σετ με έξτρα μύτες για το κατσαβίδι του, και ένα σετ για έξτρα κοπτήρες της πένσας τα οποίο συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Επίσης υπάρχει στην αγορά και μια καστάνια με προέκταση την οποία θεωρώ περιττή.
ΤΙΜΗ: Επειδή πολλοί γκρινιάζουν για την τιμή θα έλεγα σε όλους αυτούς ότι μάλλον δεν είχαν στο παρελθόν Leatherman. Εμένα μαζί με της μύτες και τους κόπτες πέρυσι μου κόστισε γύρω στα 200 ευρο. Δε το θεωρώ και φτηνό αλλά τα λεφτά του τα έχει βγάλει και με το παραπάνω. (Οπότε μπορείς να το πεις και φτηνό). Αλλωστε απ' ότι βλέπω η τιμή του έχε πέσει αρκετά σε σχέση με πέρυσι. Τα Leatherman κρατάνε ΜΙΑ ΖΩΗ. Οπότε αξίζει η αγορά.
ΚΑθΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ: Το καθαρίζω όποτε λερωθεί κάτω από την βρύση με μια παλιά οδοντόβουρτσα. Αν τώρα έχει σκληρές βρωμιές όπως γράσα λάδια κλπ... μπορεί κανείς να το βάλει σε καυτό νερό και να το τρίψει με βουρτσάκι και σαπούνι.
Το εργαλείο είναι άψογο και θεωρώ ότι το Surge είναι η ναυαρχίδα της Leatherman. Είναι το ποίο ολοκληρωμένο εργαλείο.
This is the first Leatherman I have acquired and I can say that I am satisfied with its quality. As for the size and weight, I haven't put it on a belt; I have it in my bag, so I don't have an opinion.

The knives are perfect and cut perfectly.
The scissors are average, they cut, but they are inferior to Victorinox scissors. However, they easily do the job.
The adapter, which the external one takes a file and saw, and you can make changes. You can also buy a Bosch hacksaw (for wood) with the T (TAF) at the back, and it fits perfectly inside.
The screwdrivers inside are fine, they require a little attention in use because they say they break easily, but so far I haven't had any issues.
The adapter for flathead screwdrivers gives 1 double flathead, which is a Phillips 1.2 (crosshead screwdriver) and a straight one. There is the possibility to use classic hex bits if you buy the Leatherman adapter extra. The opener easily opens bottles and cans!
The black color at first releases a lot of blackness... My hands became very black in the first few days. Then it stopped releasing.
Very good tool, and the warranty is correct. Even if you break it, they replace it... You pay 10-15€ for shipping, send it to Germany, and they do the replacement.

Μέσα τα κατσαβίδια είναι μια χαρά , θέλουν λίγο προσοχή στην χρήση γιατί λένε ότι σπάνε εύκολα , μέχρι τώρα δεν είχα θέμα ακόμα .
Ο ανταπτοτας για φλατ κατσαβίδια , δίνει 1 φλατ διπλό , που είναι Philips 1,2 (σταυροκατσάβιδο ) και ένα ίσιο . Υπάρχει δυνατότητα να βάλεις εξάγωνες μύτες κλασικές , αν αγοράσεις έξτρα τον ανταπτορα της Leatherman . Το ανοιχτηρι ανοίγει εύκολα μπουκάλια και κονσέρβες !
Το μαύρο χρώμα στην αρχή βγάζει πολύ μαυρίλα ... Τα χεριανμ έγιναν κατάμαυρα τις πρώτες μέρες . Μετά σταμάτησε να βγάζει .
Πολύ καλό εργαλείο , και η εγγύηση είναι σωστή . Ακόμα και να το σπάσεις , στο αλλάζουν ... Πληρώνεις 10-15€ μεταφορικά , το στέλνεις Γερμανία και στο κάνουν αντικατάσταση .
Αξίζει τα λεφτά του . Δεν το αποχωρίζομαι ποτέ .

It seems sturdy and quite high-quality. The 4 external tools (knife, saw, and scissors) open easily with one hand. The pliers were initially tight and difficult to use, but I worked on them a bit and they loosened up, now they work fine. The cutters easily cut wires and cables, etc. The tool is heavy... 350 grams. The internal tools (screwdrivers, opener, and awl) require the pliers to be opened in order to access them. Everything locks properly. All the tools are sharp. The package includes a cordura case and a spare file that you can replace the saw with. The file is metal on one side and diamond-coated on the other for sharpening. The straight screwdrivers require caution and should not be forced too much as they can break easily (they lack elasticity due to the hard steel). The adapter that holds the bits for the screwdrivers is quite sturdy and provides a double straight bit on one side and a Philips bit on the other. The negative aspects are the scissors... they cut well but not perfectly. They definitely don't cut as well as the ones in Victorinox. However, they get the job done. The second negative aspect is that, as others have mentioned, the black color fades easily... so silver is better! Overall, everything is okay.

Η πενσα στην αρχή ήταν πολύ σφιχτή και πολύ δύσχρηστη, αλλά την δούλεψα λίγο και μαλάκωσε και τώρα έγινε μια χαρά .
Τα κοπτακια κοβουυν άνετα καλώδια συρμαρα κλπ
Το εργαλείο είναι βαρύ ...350 γραμμάρια .
Τα εσωτερικά εργαλεία του κατσαβίδια , ανοιχτηρι και σουβλί, πρέπει να ανοιχτή η πενσα για να βγουν . Όλα κλειδώνουν κανονικά .
Όλα κοφτερα .
Μέσα στην συσκευασία έχει θήκη cordura και ένα ανταλλακτικό (λίμα ) που βγάζεις το πριόνι από τον ανταπτορα και βάζεις την λίμα .
Η λίμα από την μια μέρα είναι μεταλλική και από την άλλη είναι με επίστρωση διαμάντοσκονης για ακονισμα .
Τα κατσαβίδια τα ίσια θέλουν προσοχή και όχι μεγάλα ζόρια γιατί σπάνε εύκολα (δεν έχουν ελαστικότητα λόγο πολύ σκληρού ατσαλιού).
Ο ανταπτορας που παίρνει τις μύτες για τα κατσαβίδια είναι αρκετά στιβαρός , και δίνουν 1 διπλή μυτη ίσια από την μια μεριά και Philips από την άλλη .
Αρνητικά είναι το ψαλίδι του ... Κόβει καλά αλλά οχι τέλεια . Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν κόβει τόσο καλά όσο στα victorinox . Κάνεις όμως την δουλειά σου .
2ο αρνητικό είναι ότι όπως λένε κ άλλοι το μαύρο ξεθωριαζει εύκολα ... Οπότε καλύτερα ασημί!.

Το έχω περίπου 8 χρόνια.
Τα μέταλλα του είναι απίστευτης ποιότητας, με διάρκεια στο χρόνο και αντοχή.
Αξίζει τα λεφτά του (εδώ είναι πολύ ακριβότερο απο ότι στο εξωτερικό) και απευθύνεται σε αυτούς που θα εκτιμήσουν ένα τόσο σοβαρό εργαλείο.
Στα συν το τελειο ψαλίδι που έχει ενσωματωμένο, οι εναλλαξιμες μύτες και το υπέρ-κοφτερό μαχαίρι του.
update: 12-2022 και ακόμα είναι σαν καινούργιο!

For me, this particular model is the best from Leatherman because:
It has a very strong pair of pliers with cutters that can be replaced after wear.

18/01/2021. I use it regularly at work and for me, this, along with the Wave, are the top products of the company. But I have one objection about the prices. They are quite expensive. The stores could lower the prices of these products since they are mainly targeted towards security personnel and the military. I believe that they have gone too far with the price and it has become difficult to acquire them.
Για μένα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο είναι το καλύτερο της Leatherman γιατί:
Έχει πένσα πολύ ισχυρή με κόφτες που μπορείς να αντικαταστήσεις μετά από φθορά.
Έχει όσα χρειάζεται να έχει ένα τέτοιο πολυεργαλείο χωρίς κάτι περιττό.
Είναι ενισχυμένο και πολύ στιβαρό και ενδείκνυται για στρατιωτική χρήση για την οποία προορίζεται.
Γι'αυτό 5 αστέρια με τόνο!!!
18/01/2021 . Το δουλεύω συστηματικά στην δουλειά μου και πραγματικά αυτό μαζί με το Wave για εμένα είναι τα top της εταιρείας. Αλλά έχω μία ένσταση για τις τιμές. Παρά είναι ακριβά. Θα μπορούσαν να ρίξουν τις τιμές αυτών των προϊόντων τα μαγαζιά μιας και απευθύνεται περισσότερο σε σώματα ασφαλείας και στρατό. Θεωρώ πως έχουν ξεφύγει αρκετά στην τιμή και είναι δύσκολη πιά η απόκτησή τους.
Fantastic multitool!
It does the jobs it is intended for very well. The big pliers are a plus, as they have interchangeable cutters, so you can cut whatever you want without fear.
The downside is its finish. The black oxide of Leatherman is very "sensitive" and when scratched, the steel underneath is visible. After a few uses, it looks really bad. Choose the stainless steel option if this will be a problem for you. Also, tools like these could be a little more affordable.

Κάνει τις δουλειές για τις οποίες προορίζεται πάρα πολύ καλά.Στα σύν η μεγάλη πένσα, που έχει και κόφτες να αλλάζουν, οπότε κόβεις ότι θέλεις χωρίς φόβο.
Στα μείον το φινίρισμά του.Το black oxide των leatherman είναι πολύ "ευαίσθητο" και όταν γρατσουνιστεί φαίνεται απο κάτω το ατσάλι.Μετά απο μερικές χρήσεις δίχνει πολύ χάλια.Προτιμήστε το inox άν αυτό θα είναι πρόβλημα για εσάς.Επίσης θα μπορούσαν αυτά του είδους τα εργαλεία να ήταν λιγάκι ποιό οικονομικά.

Ότι και να γράψω θα είναι λίγο. Είναι εργαλεία που δε ν χαλάνε με τίποτα. Έχουν πέσει, έχουν κόψει ,έχουν ξεβιδωσει .ακόμα με το πριόνι έχουν κόψει κλαδιά δέντρων διαμέτρου 2 ιντσών και ακόμα τα χρησιμοποιοω χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Μέχρι και την θήκη την έφτιαξα πριν 3 χρόνια στον τσαγκάρη (αλλαγη βελκρο). Απορώ πως βγάζει κέρδος η εταιρεία.....!
I have been a holder of this tool for two years. With almost daily use, the tool has not suffered anything except for some superficial fading because I have it in black. That's why I don't prefer it compared to the simple clear version.
SHARPENING: The knife cuts like a razor but of course over the years, it needed sharpening. I recommend sharpening on a good quality stone. One can remove the blade with a Torx tip but not the simple one, the one with a little hole in the middle.
ACCESSORIES: Its case is durable and of good quality with 2 slots for a small flashlight or anything else. I have put 2 markers in it due to work. One can also buy a set with extra bits for its screwdriver, and a set for extra cutters for the pliers which I highly recommend. There is also a ratchet with an extension available on the market which I consider unnecessary.
PRICE: Because many complain about the price, I would say to all of them that they probably have not had a Leatherman in the past. Last year, along with the bits and cutters, it cost me around 200 euros. I don't consider it cheap but it has definitely paid for itself and more. (So you could say it's cheap). Besides, from what I see, its price has dropped quite a bit compared to last year. Leatherman tools last A LIFETIME. So the purchase is worth it.
CLEANING: I clean it whenever it gets dirty under the faucet with an old toothbrush. If there are tough stains like grease, oil, etc., one can put it in hot water and scrub it with a brush and soap.
The tool is flawless and I consider the Surge to be Leatherman's flagship. It is the most complete tool.

ΑΚΟΜΙΣΜΑ: Το μαχαίρι κόβει ξυράφι αλλά φυσικά με τα χρόνια, χρειάστηκε ακόνισμα. Προτείνω ακόνισμα σε καλής ποιότητας πέτρα. Μπορεί κανείς να αφαιρέσει την λάμα με μύτη τορξ αλλά όχι το απλό, αυτό που έχει μια τρυπούλα στη μέση.
ΑΞΕΣΟΥΑΡ: Η θηκη του είναι αντοχής και καλής ποιότητας με 2 υποδοχές για μικρό φακό η οτιδήποτε άλλο. Εγώ λόγω δουλείας έχω βάλει 2 μαρκαδοράκια. Μπορεί κανείς να αγοράσει και ενα σετ με έξτρα μύτες για το κατσαβίδι του, και ένα σετ για έξτρα κοπτήρες της πένσας τα οποίο συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Επίσης υπάρχει στην αγορά και μια καστάνια με προέκταση την οποία θεωρώ περιττή.
ΤΙΜΗ: Επειδή πολλοί γκρινιάζουν για την τιμή θα έλεγα σε όλους αυτούς ότι μάλλον δεν είχαν στο παρελθόν Leatherman. Εμένα μαζί με της μύτες και τους κόπτες πέρυσι μου κόστισε γύρω στα 200 ευρο. Δε το θεωρώ και φτηνό αλλά τα λεφτά του τα έχει βγάλει και με το παραπάνω. (Οπότε μπορείς να το πεις και φτηνό). Αλλωστε απ' ότι βλέπω η τιμή του έχε πέσει αρκετά σε σχέση με πέρυσι. Τα Leatherman κρατάνε ΜΙΑ ΖΩΗ. Οπότε αξίζει η αγορά.
ΚΑθΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ: Το καθαρίζω όποτε λερωθεί κάτω από την βρύση με μια παλιά οδοντόβουρτσα. Αν τώρα έχει σκληρές βρωμιές όπως γράσα λάδια κλπ... μπορεί κανείς να το βάλει σε καυτό νερό και να το τρίψει με βουρτσάκι και σαπούνι.
Το εργαλείο είναι άψογο και θεωρώ ότι το Surge είναι η ναυαρχίδα της Leatherman. Είναι το ποίο ολοκληρωμένο εργαλείο.

This is the first Leatherman I have acquired and I can say that I am satisfied with its quality. As for the size and weight, I haven't put it on a belt; I have it in my bag, so I don't have an opinion.

The scissors are average, they cut, but they are inferior to Victorinox scissors. However, they easily do the job.
The adapter, which the external one takes a file and saw, and you can make changes. You can also buy a Bosch hacksaw (for wood) with the T (TAF) at the back, and it fits perfectly inside.
The screwdrivers inside are fine, they require a little attention in use because they say they break easily, but so far I haven't had any issues.
The adapter for flathead screwdrivers gives 1 double flathead, which is a Phillips 1.2 (crosshead screwdriver) and a straight one. There is the possibility to use classic hex bits if you buy the Leatherman adapter extra. The opener easily opens bottles and cans!

Ο ανταπτοτας που ο εξωτερικός παίρνει λίμα και πριόνι , και μπορείς να κάνεις εναλλαγές . Επίσης μπορείς να αγοράσεις και σιδεροπριονο της Bosch (για σεγα) με το Τ (ταφ) πίσω , και μπαίνει μια χαρά μέσα .
Μέσα τα κατσαβίδια είναι μια χαρά , θέλουν λίγο προσοχή στην χρήση γιατί λένε ότι σπάνε εύκολα , μέχρι τώρα δεν είχα θέμα ακόμα .
Ο ανταπτοτας για φλατ κατσαβίδια , δίνει 1 φλατ διπλό , που είναι Philips 1,2 (σταυροκατσάβιδο ) και ένα ίσιο . Υπάρχει δυνατότητα να βάλεις εξάγωνες μύτες κλασικές , αν αγοράσεις έξτρα τον ανταπτορα της Leatherman . Το ανοιχτηρι ανοίγει εύκολα μπουκάλια και κονσέρβες !
Το μαύρο χρώμα στην αρχή βγάζει πολύ μαυρίλα ... Τα χεριανμ έγιναν κατάμαυρα τις πρώτες μέρες . Μετά σταμάτησε να βγάζει .
Πολύ καλό εργαλείο , και η εγγύηση είναι σωστή . Ακόμα και να το σπάσεις , στο αλλάζουν ... Πληρώνεις 10-15€ μεταφορικά , το στέλνεις Γερμανία και στο κάνουν αντικατάσταση .
Αξίζει τα λεφτά του . Δεν το αποχωρίζομαι ποτέ .

It seems sturdy and quite high-quality. The 4 external tools (knife, saw, and scissors) open easily with one hand. The pliers were initially tight and difficult to use, but I worked on them a bit and they loosened up, now they work fine. The cutters easily cut wires and cables, etc. The tool is heavy... 350 grams. The internal tools (screwdrivers, opener, and awl) require the pliers to be opened in order to access them. Everything locks properly. All the tools are sharp. The package includes a cordura case and a spare file that you can replace the saw with. The file is metal on one side and diamond-coated on the other for sharpening. The straight screwdrivers require caution and should not be forced too much as they can break easily (they lack elasticity due to the hard steel). The adapter that holds the bits for the screwdrivers is quite sturdy and provides a double straight bit on one side and a Philips bit on the other. The negative aspects are the scissors... they cut well but not perfectly. They definitely don't cut as well as the ones in Victorinox. However, they get the job done. The second negative aspect is that, as others have mentioned, the black color fades easily... so silver is better! Overall, everything is okay.

Τα 4 εξωτερικά εργαλεία μαχαίρια πριόνι και ψαλίδι ανοίγουν άνετα με το ένα χέρι .
Η πενσα στην αρχή ήταν πολύ σφιχτή και πολύ δύσχρηστη, αλλά την δούλεψα λίγο και μαλάκωσε και τώρα έγινε μια χαρά .
Τα κοπτακια κοβουυν άνετα καλώδια συρμαρα κλπ
Το εργαλείο είναι βαρύ ...350 γραμμάρια .
Τα εσωτερικά εργαλεία του κατσαβίδια , ανοιχτηρι και σουβλί, πρέπει να ανοιχτή η πενσα για να βγουν . Όλα κλειδώνουν κανονικά .
Όλα κοφτερα .
Μέσα στην συσκευασία έχει θήκη cordura και ένα ανταλλακτικό (λίμα ) που βγάζεις το πριόνι από τον ανταπτορα και βάζεις την λίμα .
Η λίμα από την μια μέρα είναι μεταλλική και από την άλλη είναι με επίστρωση διαμάντοσκονης για ακονισμα .
Τα κατσαβίδια τα ίσια θέλουν προσοχή και όχι μεγάλα ζόρια γιατί σπάνε εύκολα (δεν έχουν ελαστικότητα λόγο πολύ σκληρού ατσαλιού).
Ο ανταπτορας που παίρνει τις μύτες για τα κατσαβίδια είναι αρκετά στιβαρός , και δίνουν 1 διπλή μυτη ίσια από την μια μεριά και Philips από την άλλη .
Αρνητικά είναι το ψαλίδι του ... Κόβει καλά αλλά οχι τέλεια . Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν κόβει τόσο καλά όσο στα victorinox . Κάνεις όμως την δουλειά σου .
2ο αρνητικό είναι ότι όπως λένε κ άλλοι το μαύρο ξεθωριαζει εύκολα ... Οπότε καλύτερα ασημί!.

Those who chose this tool did the right thing. It is the most sturdy and effective of the company. It is large with many tools and a pliers that cuts everything. The scissors are large and easy to use on the outer side of the trunk. A serious advantage is that the file or saw is removable on the trunk. This results in being able to use other Bosch aftermarket parts, etc. Personally, I attached a hacksaw to it. Be careful with the internal straight screwdrivers, they break. If you don't want something heavy, it's not for you. The Surge together with the SwissTool X are what I work with every day. That's it, I hope I helped!
Όσοι επέλεξαν αυτο εργαλείο έπραξαν σωστά . Ειναι το πιο στιβαρό και αποτελεσματικό της εταιρίας . Μεγάλο με πολλα εργαλεία και μια πένσα που κόβει τα πάντα . Το ψαλίδι ειναι μεγάλο και εύχρηστο στην εξωτερική πλευρά του κορμού . Σοβαρό πλεονέκτημα ειναι οτι λίμα ή πριόνι ειναι αφαιρούμενα στον κορμό . Αυτο εχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να χρησιμοποιείστε και αλλα ανταλλακτικά του εμπορίου της Bosch κτλ . Εγω προσωπικά του φόρεσα ενα σιδεροπρίονο . Προσοχή στα εσωτερικά ίσια κατσαβίδια , σπάζουν . Αν δεν θέλετε κατι βαρύ δεν κανει για εσάς . Το surge μαζι με swisstool X ειναι αυτα με τα οποία δουλεύω καθημερινά . Αυτα , ελπιζω να βοήθησα !
I have it for about 8 years.
Its metals are of incredible quality, with durability over time and resistance.
It's worth its money (here it is much more expensive than abroad) and is aimed at those who will appreciate such a serious tool.
As a plus, it has a perfect built-in scissors, interchangeable tips, and its super-sharp blade.

Το έχω περίπου 8 χρόνια.
Τα μέταλλα του είναι απίστευτης ποιότητας, με διάρκεια στο χρόνο και αντοχή.
Αξίζει τα λεφτά του (εδώ είναι πολύ ακριβότερο απο ότι στο εξωτερικό) και απευθύνεται σε αυτούς που θα εκτιμήσουν ένα τόσο σοβαρό εργαλείο.
Στα συν το τελειο ψαλίδι που έχει ενσωματωμένο, οι εναλλαξιμες μύτες και το υπέρ-κοφτερό μαχαίρι του.
update: 12-2022 και ακόμα είναι σαν καινούργιο!

For me, this particular model is the best from Leatherman because:
It has a very strong pair of pliers with cutters that can be replaced after wear.
It has everything that such a multitool needs without anything unnecessary.
It is reinforced and very sturdy, making it suitable for military use, for which it is intended.
That's why it deserves 5 stars!!!
18/01/2021. I use it regularly at work and for me, this, along with the Wave, are the top products of the company. But I have one objection about the prices. They are quite expensive. The stores could lower the prices of these products since they are mainly targeted towards security personnel and the military. I believe that they have gone too far with the price and it has become difficult to acquire them.
Για μένα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο είναι το καλύτερο της Leatherman γιατί:
Έχει πένσα πολύ ισχυρή με κόφτες που μπορείς να αντικαταστήσεις μετά από φθορά.
Έχει όσα χρειάζεται να έχει ένα τέτοιο πολυεργαλείο χωρίς κάτι περιττό.
Είναι ενισχυμένο και πολύ στιβαρό και ενδείκνυται για στρατιωτική χρήση για την οποία προορίζεται.
Γι'αυτό 5 αστέρια με τόνο!!!
18/01/2021 . Το δουλεύω συστηματικά στην δουλειά μου και πραγματικά αυτό μαζί με το Wave για εμένα είναι τα top της εταιρείας. Αλλά έχω μία ένσταση για τις τιμές. Παρά είναι ακριβά. Θα μπορούσαν να ρίξουν τις τιμές αυτών των προϊόντων τα μαγαζιά μιας και απευθύνεται περισσότερο σε σώματα ασφαλείας και στρατό. Θεωρώ πως έχουν ξεφύγει αρκετά στην τιμή και είναι δύσκολη πιά η απόκτησή τους.
Fantastic multitool!
It does the jobs it is intended for very well. The big pliers are a plus, as they have interchangeable cutters, so you can cut whatever you want without fear.
The downside is its finish. The black oxide of Leatherman is very "sensitive" and when scratched, the steel underneath is visible. After a few uses, it looks really bad. Choose the stainless steel option if this will be a problem for you. Also, tools like these could be a little more affordable.

Κάνει τις δουλειές για τις οποίες προορίζεται πάρα πολύ καλά.Στα σύν η μεγάλη πένσα, που έχει και κόφτες να αλλάζουν, οπότε κόβεις ότι θέλεις χωρίς φόβο.
Στα μείον το φινίρισμά του.Το black oxide των leatherman είναι πολύ "ευαίσθητο" και όταν γρατσουνιστεί φαίνεται απο κάτω το ατσάλι.Μετά απο μερικές χρήσεις δίχνει πολύ χάλια.Προτιμήστε το inox άν αυτό θα είναι πρόβλημα για εσάς.Επίσης θα μπορούσαν αυτά του είδους τα εργαλεία να ήταν λιγάκι ποιό οικονομικά.
The price may seem steep, but the tool is reliable 100 out of 100 and with service available at any time in Greece. From personal experience, I have had it for 15 years and a part of the pliers broke, but they gave me a new one. The company's motto is we don't care how it broke, bring it in and we'll replace it for you

Good evening. Due to work, I have had the Wave since 2007 and the Surge since 2010. Whatever I write will be little. They are tools that cannot be damaged in any way. They have fallen, they have cut, they have unscrewed. They have even cut tree branches with a diameter of 2 inches with the saw, and I still use them without any problem. I even had the case repaired by a cobbler 3 years ago (velcro replacement). I wonder how the company makes a profit...!
Καλησπέρα. Λόγω εργασίας έχω στην κατοχή μου το Wave από το 2007 και το surge ααποβτο 2010.
Ότι και να γράψω θα είναι λίγο. Είναι εργαλεία που δε ν χαλάνε με τίποτα. Έχουν πέσει, έχουν κόψει ,έχουν ξεβιδωσει .ακόμα με το πριόνι έχουν κόψει κλαδιά δέντρων διαμέτρου 2 ιντσών και ακόμα τα χρησιμοποιοω χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Μέχρι και την θήκη την έφτιαξα πριν 3 χρόνια στον τσαγκάρη (αλλαγη βελκρο). Απορώ πως βγάζει κέρδος η εταιρεία.....!
I have been a holder of this tool for two years. With almost daily use, the tool has not suffered anything except for some superficial fading because I have it in black. That's why I don't prefer it compared to the simple clear version.
SHARPENING: The knife cuts like a razor but of course over the years, it needed sharpening. I recommend sharpening on a good quality stone. One can remove the blade with a Torx tip but not the simple one, the one with a little hole in the middle.
ACCESSORIES: Its case is durable and of good quality with 2 slots for a small flashlight or anything else. I have put 2 markers in it due to work. One can also buy a set with extra bits for its screwdriver, and a set for extra cutters for the pliers which I highly recommend. There is also a ratchet with an extension available on the market which I consider unnecessary.
PRICE: Because many complain about the price, I would say to all of them that they probably have not had a Leatherman in the past. Last year, along with the bits and cutters, it cost me around 200 euros. I don't consider it cheap but it has definitely paid for itself and more. (So you could say it's cheap). Besides, from what I see, its price has dropped quite a bit compared to last year. Leatherman tools last A LIFETIME. So the purchase is worth it.
CLEANING: I clean it whenever it gets dirty under the faucet with an old toothbrush. If there are tough stains like grease, oil, etc., one can put it in hot water and scrub it with a brush and soap.
The tool is flawless and I consider the Surge to be Leatherman's flagship. It is the most complete tool.
Κάτοχος του εργαλείου εδώ και δύο χρόνια. Με χρήση σχεδόν καθημερινή το εργαλείο δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα εκτός από κάτι επιφανειακά ξεβάματα επειδή το έχω σε μαύρο. Γι αυτό και δε το προτιμώ σε σχέση με την απλή άχρωμη έκδοση.
ΑΚΟΜΙΣΜΑ: Το μαχαίρι κόβει ξυράφι αλλά φυσικά με τα χρόνια, χρειάστηκε ακόνισμα. Προτείνω ακόνισμα σε καλής ποιότητας πέτρα. Μπορεί κανείς να αφαιρέσει την λάμα με μύτη τορξ αλλά όχι το απλό, αυτό που έχει μια τρυπούλα στη μέση.
ΑΞΕΣΟΥΑΡ: Η θηκη του είναι αντοχής και καλής ποιότητας με 2 υποδοχές για μικρό φακό η οτιδήποτε άλλο. Εγώ λόγω δουλείας έχω βάλει 2 μαρκαδοράκια. Μπορεί κανείς να αγοράσει και ενα σετ με έξτρα μύτες για το κατσαβίδι του, και ένα σετ για έξτρα κοπτήρες της πένσας τα οποίο συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Επίσης υπάρχει στην αγορά και μια καστάνια με προέκταση την οποία θεωρώ περιττή.
ΤΙΜΗ: Επειδή πολλοί γκρινιάζουν για την τιμή θα έλεγα σε όλους αυτούς ότι μάλλον δεν είχαν στο παρελθόν Leatherman. Εμένα μαζί με της μύτες και τους κόπτες πέρυσι μου κόστισε γύρω στα 200 ευρο. Δε το θεωρώ και φτηνό αλλά τα λεφτά του τα έχει βγάλει και με το παραπάνω. (Οπότε μπορείς να το πεις και φτηνό). Αλλωστε απ' ότι βλέπω η τιμή του έχε πέσει αρκετά σε σχέση με πέρυσι. Τα Leatherman κρατάνε ΜΙΑ ΖΩΗ. Οπότε αξίζει η αγορά.
ΚΑθΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ: Το καθαρίζω όποτε λερωθεί κάτω από την βρύση με μια παλιά οδοντόβουρτσα. Αν τώρα έχει σκληρές βρωμιές όπως γράσα λάδια κλπ... μπορεί κανείς να το βάλει σε καυτό νερό και να το τρίψει με βουρτσάκι και σαπούνι.
Το εργαλείο είναι άψογο και θεωρώ ότι το Surge είναι η ναυαρχίδα της Leatherman. Είναι το ποίο ολοκληρωμένο εργαλείο.
