Well first time wearing them today and what can I say... first of all, they are incredibly comfortable, I followed the example of previous reviews regarding the size and got the 46-47 while I wear a 44 and a half.
Whether you wear socks or not, the sandals do not come off your feet unless you take them off yourself. They did not tire me at all during a three-hour fishing trip, with two or three kicks you find your rhythm and it really feels like running on water, unlike some Seac fins I had which are like night and day compared to Mares... I am very satisfied with the product !!!

είτε φοράς καλτσάκια είτε δεν φοράς τα πέδιλα δεν βγαίνουν από το πόδι αν δεν τα βγάλεις εσύ. δεν με κούρασαν καθόλου σε τρίωρο ψάρεμα, με δύο τρεις πεδιλιες πιάνεις ρυθμό και πραγματικά είναι σαν να τρέχεις στο νερό, σε αντίθεση με κάτι seac αντιστοιχου βελληνικούς που είχα τα οποία είναι η νύχτα μέρα με τα Mares.. είμαι υπέρ ευχαριστημένος από το προϊόν !!!
I wear size 42.5 in Nike sports shoes, I got them in size 44-45 with socks, but even without wearing socks they don't come off my foot without me taking them off myself and I have no issues.

I bought them for shallow spearfishing (up to 12m), because the Mares Fluida fins I had didn't have enough propulsion. They are just what I needed, not too big and cumbersome, but with enough propulsion for such depths. And the size is correct, just like everything else, if you have a slim foot it's better to get a size smaller. With socks for comfort during long use, one size up, and the price is reasonable. I recommend them

I was given the '92 (yes, you read that right!) a pair of Plana Avanti HP fins, and I still have them. I use them quite often, over 50 times a year, and they work great for dives up to about 10 meters, especially compared to other simpler fins. They don't have any serious wear and tear, so I don't think about replacing them. I wash them once a year with fresh water and always use their protective covers when I'm not wearing them. I don't know if they are exactly the same model, but they look very similar.

Τα χρησιμοποιώ αρκετά, πάνω από 50 φορές το χρόνο και μέχρι τα 10 περίπου μέτρα που κατεβαίνω είναι μια χαρά, ειδικά σε σύγκριση με διάφορα πιο απλά πέδιλα. Δεν έχουν καμία σοβαρή φθορά ώστε να σκέφτομαι να τα αντικαταστήσω. Τα πλένω μια φορά το χρόνο με γλυκό νερό και χρησιμοποιώ πάντα τα προστατευτικά τους όταν δεν τα φορώ. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι ακριβώς το ίδιο μοντέλο, πάντως μοιάζουν πάρα πολύ.
One of the best products on the market... I was really looking for a soft sandal that wouldn't tire me out in the water when I go spearfishing. I had tried several branded products before buying the mares and they turned out to be the best. They cost fifty euros, but they lasted for two years of use and they still look like new. Of course, after the sea, I always rinse them with fresh water to remove the salt.

Είχα δοκιμάσει αρκετά προϊόντα επώνυμα πριν αγοράσω τα mares και τελικά αυτά ήταν τα καλύτερα. Ένα πενηνταευρο αλλά έπιασε τόπο μετά από δύο χρόνια χρήσης και ακόμα είναι σαν καινούργια.. Βέβαια και εγώ μετά τη θάλασσα τα ξεπλένω πάντα με γλυκό νερό για να μη μένει πάνω η αλμύρα.
