I used two of these mini heads on a T-bar base on a tripod, using smoke in a space of about 85 square meters with the necessary "darkness" for a homemade party. Incredible lighting effects, I had them set to Music mode to play to the rhythm of the music. Connected to each other with XLR cables and the second one adjusted to the r.pan or r.tilt function to do exactly the same as the first one but in opposite movements. Very good for the money I spent and of course, I knew from the beginning that it couldn't compete with larger and brighter robotic lights, but it is quite decent. Fast movements of the head, very good brightness, nice effects especially in the automatic mode (which has 2 settings: one fast for a pure party feeling and one slow for more decorative purposes in a space or for waiting/arrival of people at an event). I would definitely buy it again. I would like to have two more to create a set of four for the T-bar so that I have complete symmetry of movements every two. I haven't worked with DMX and it doesn't really bother me, Auto and Music modes are more than enough for the use I want.
