If you are thinking of getting a portable air conditioner, keep the following in mind: Its performance has nothing to do with the wall-mounted one! It is much more mediocre. The reasons are two: first, because it is on the ground, it is small in volume, and it only cools what is in front of it within a radius of 2 meters. Also, if you get up from the couch, you will see that your head (which is high up) is in a boiling hot room. Secondly, and most importantly, there is a huge pipe like a chimney that needs to go outside the house to release the hot air. So either you will have a permanently open window, or you will have to adapt the provided vent, which is only for sliding windows (not balcony doors, not front-opening windows), but even then it will lose insulation from the sides! So the space will constantly lose cooling from the heat that will come in from outside. Only as a last resort if wall-mounted is not possible! Additionally, they all make a lot of noise because the external unit is integrated into the main body, and when we talk about noise, we mean like a helicopter-working next to it, forget about sleep! It is the third brand we change because the owner does not allow wall-mounted, and we are completely disappointed! And the power consumption is like the wall-mounted one, if not more!

It was purchased in July 2022 along with nine others from a reseller of the company in Thessaloniki.
From the beginning, the plastic construction made a bad impression on me, considering it inferior to even those Chinese toys that cost 4.90 €. Its performance was mediocre from the start, and specifically, it could barely lower the temperature by 3-4 degrees Celsius in a 12-square-meter room, even after a long time. The noise was indescribable at 65-74 db, and the creaking of the body when it was working, as well as the shaking and bouncing when the thermostat closed, were beyond words.
It worked like this for about a month and until the end of August of the same year when it decided to take a "break" until June 2023 when I started it again. However, during the peak heat in July of the same year, it decided to blow hot air and transform from an air conditioner into a simple fan! In short, it left me in the cold during the heart of summer.
I sent the air conditioner to the reseller, and they, in turn, sent it to the company's service on 25/07/23, and as of today when I am writing this comment, it is still there because the service is overloaded with work. The reseller whistles indifferently and washes his hands, forgetting that he recommended it to us as a reliable product and, of course, without any compensation.
In short, I ended up with an air conditioner (cooling only) not for the summer but probably for the winter because I anticipate that it will need to be repaired then, as the warranty expires next summer.
In conclusion, after such treatment from the company, the reseller, and of course, the poor quality of the product, I declare that I am removing it once and for all from my future purchases, and I sincerely regret the money we wasted, as unfortunately, the owners of the other nine air conditioners are also dissatisfied.

I consider it obvious that when we talk about a portable AIR CONDITIONER and not an AIR COOLER, it is understood that it needs an escape for the hot air and compressed fluids (as is the case with the external unit in wall-mounted air conditioners). In the room where I will use it, I happen to have a cat door on a double-glazed balcony door, so I used it without difficulty. With the internal door of the room open, the air conditioner lowered the temperature by 3 degrees in half an hour, in a room that is hit by the sun all day long, and it also reduced the humidity significantly. Overall, it is cheap and good.

For emergency solution it is simply OK, if there is the possibility of installing a regular one, don't even think about it. The performance of the 9000btu is lower than that of a corresponding wall-mounted one. The plastic and the overall construction are of good quality. The noise is considerable, unbearable for me during sleep. We use it more as an air cooler for cool air rather than to cool the space where we have it.

On the other hand, those who are not familiar and believe that it will do the job of an air conditioner (with an external unit), then it is logical for them to give it a very low rating. It cools a small room as long as you're not inside with the noise it makes. It doesn't cool a larger room at all. It only blows cold air from the vents, which doesn't circulate in the space. Attention emergency solution only if wall-mounted air-conditioning cannot be installed!
Bought it for last summer.
On the positive side - it is a quality device with a variety of accessories that cool the space satisfactorily ONLY IF the following conditions are met...
But...
On the negative side - it does not cool the space like a corresponding wall-mounted 9000 BTU unit and struggles a lot on hot days...
- It requires careful installation so that the spiral that releases the air is as small as possible in order to release the hot air more easily and not function simultaneously as a heating element inside the space... I also bought a material that insulates this heat to some extent, but it still does not work properly...
- It makes noise when the cooling compressor operates, almost constantly, in conditions of intense heat... so if you want to sleep in the same room, it's an issue.

Overall, it is an emergency solution that, if there is the possibility to spend a little more money, a wall-mounted unit should be chosen.
Do not choose a portable one for any reason!

Elegant and discreet for a space. Its noise is within reasonable limits. Personally, I have no problem with the low fan setting. I sleep comfortably. What bothered me a bit is that even though several days have passed since its operation, it still smells strange. Not burnt or plastic, but something like gas or liquid. Sometimes it shakes when you turn it off. If there is a proper way to extract the air, then it reaches the desired temperature and stops. Sometimes it makes sounds like whistling, but I have no idea if it's normal. Anyway, it is convenient in case someone doesn't want permanent installations and you feel enough coolness...

We bought it during the heatwave... In a 20 square meter room, it was difficult for it to lower the internal temperature from 31 to 30 degrees even after 4-5 hours, with the machine set at 24 degrees.
Good construction, quite heavy if one person needs to move it.
It makes noise and you can't consider it quiet in any way, not even in a small room.
The grilles cannot be mechanically adjusted, only manually.
It has 2 performance levels, small and large.
And with a wifi plug, you can solve the problem of remote access since it doesn't have wifi itself. I personally installed it on a wall.

Excellent cooling, very good construction. If you can tolerate the noise of a dehumidifier, it is almost the same. Very good solution for spaces where installation is not allowed, cools quickly and a space of 40+ sq.m. And it can be easily moved from room to room with its wheels. Even in the countryside. If you have a sliding window, the exhaust of the air duct is easier, but there are also solutions for a regular opening window. It's exactly what you need for the money it costs.

The worst thing you can buy. With the insulated pipe with rockwool in a 20sqm room, it took 3 hours to lower the temperature from 30 to 29 degrees and then it got stuck there and wouldn't go down at all.

I sent it to the Service and they replied that since they measured 11 degrees at the air outlet, the machine is fine and they sent it back to me.

Well, to not say too much.
The cold that comes out of a regular air conditioner is different from this one.
I understand it because in my room I have this one and as soon as I go out to the living room we have a regular air conditioner.
It makes a lot of noise. And annoying noise.
I have it in a small room, 15 square meters at most.
Usually, I pay 50 euros for electricity. Since I started using this, it has cost me 150 euros.
Now, if you are looking for portable air conditioners. It's better to get an economical small one rather than a portable one.

Honest cooling. Nothing more though. The air quality is not the best, but it works well in a 20 square meter room with computers and other heat sources, and the noise doesn't bother me.

The ventilation (a high-quality flexible plastic pipe of about 20mm) is hot and you can't play around with its output. The device itself (at the back) that transfers this heat into the room it's trying to cool is also hot, undermining its own existence, which may be impossible to avoid with current technology. There is some loss...
Also, considering that the manufacturer prohibits extension cords and requires a grounded outlet, you need to carefully choose and study the location. It's not just a fan.

It has many functions that can only be operated with the remote control, so if you lose it or it breaks, you're in trouble! You'll be left with only half of its capabilities. Also, the window kit was missing from my order. You'll need it if you don't want to make a hole in the window or melt in the heat, so make sure it's included in your purchase.

It doesn't fit easily in a regular car. Forget about taking it with you for a weekend getaway, unless you have an empty back seat or trunk since it needs to travel upright.

Let's call it semi-portable.

* I'll leave the noise for last. It's annoying even at the medium fan speed (it has two speeds). The Sleep Mode it has is a joke. You won't be able to sleep if you have it in the room, no matter what setting you choose. They should have named it differently, definitely not Sleep or even quiet.

It worked for my workspace where I can raise the volume of the music a bit and drown it out, or in any environment where there is already noise, it's tolerable. Imagine the sound of an old refrigerator combined with a large fan, along with the construction noises. The result is almost unbearable!

If you're looking for portability, it's inevitable, otherwise, for the same price, a small built-in unit is unbeatable in terms of noise, energy consumption, and air quality. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't buy it, I'm sorry...

For a 30 sqm studio apartment, it does an excellent job. If you don't want to drill the wall and pay for installation, it is ideal. The negative thing I find is that I have to leave the balcony door slightly open for the pipe with the air and the hose with the water to go outside. This does not affect the cooling of the room. It also dehumidifies, 2 in 1 and quite quickly. As an air conditioner, it makes noise, but don't forget that it also has the external unit with it, so keep the fan speed low and it's fine. The display should show the humidity level instead of the temperature for dehumidification. It comes with an extra second package for installation on a window without holes. In some countries, it doesn't come with batteries for the remote control (including Greece, apparently). I got it 20% cheaper when it was on sale. The whole noise comes from the fan inside. So, avoid using the fan function or cooling on high. The most expensive model, priced at 350+ euros, also provides heating, but with 7 euros, you can get a cheap heater or you can reverse the air conditioner during dehumidification and it will blow warm air from the back, like a heater, at 50% of its capacity

It was purchased in July 2022 along with nine others from a reseller of the company in Thessaloniki.
From the beginning, the plastic construction made a bad impression on me, considering it inferior to even those Chinese toys that cost 4.90 €. Its performance was mediocre from the start, and specifically, it could barely lower the temperature by 3-4 degrees Celsius in a 12-square-meter room, even after a long time. The noise was indescribable at 65-74 db, and the creaking of the body when it was working, as well as the shaking and bouncing when the thermostat closed, were beyond words.
It worked like this for about a month and until the end of August of the same year when it decided to take a "break" until June 2023 when I started it again. However, during the peak heat in July of the same year, it decided to blow hot air and transform from an air conditioner into a simple fan! In short, it left me in the cold during the heart of summer.
I sent the air conditioner to the reseller, and they, in turn, sent it to the company's service on 25/07/23, and as of today when I am writing this comment, it is still there because the service is overloaded with work. The reseller whistles indifferently and washes his hands, forgetting that he recommended it to us as a reliable product and, of course, without any compensation.
In short, I ended up with an air conditioner (cooling only) not for the summer but probably for the winter because I anticipate that it will need to be repaired then, as the warranty expires next summer.
In conclusion, after such treatment from the company, the reseller, and of course, the poor quality of the product, I declare that I am removing it once and for all from my future purchases, and I sincerely regret the money we wasted, as unfortunately, the owners of the other nine air conditioners are also dissatisfied.

I consider it obvious that when we talk about a portable AIR CONDITIONER and not an AIR COOLER, it is understood that it needs an escape for the hot air and compressed fluids (as is the case with the external unit in wall-mounted air conditioners). In the room where I will use it, I happen to have a cat door on a double-glazed balcony door, so I used it without difficulty. With the internal door of the room open, the air conditioner lowered the temperature by 3 degrees in half an hour, in a room that is hit by the sun all day long, and it also reduced the humidity significantly. Overall, it is cheap and good.

For emergency solution it is simply OK, if there is the possibility of installing a regular one, don't even think about it. The performance of the 9000btu is lower than that of a corresponding wall-mounted one. The plastic and the overall construction are of good quality. Attention emergency solution only if wall-mounted air-conditioning cannot be installed!
Bought it for last summer.
On the positive side - it is a quality device with a variety of accessories that cool the space satisfactorily ONLY IF the following conditions are met...
But...
On the negative side - it does not cool the space like a corresponding wall-mounted 9000 BTU unit and struggles a lot on hot days...
- It requires careful installation so that the spiral that releases the air is as small as possible in order to release the hot air more easily and not function simultaneously as a heating element inside the space... I also bought a material that insulates this heat to some extent, but it still does not work properly...
- It makes noise when the cooling compressor operates, almost constantly, in conditions of intense heat... so if you want to sleep in the same room, it's an issue.

Overall, it is an emergency solution that, if there is the possibility to spend a little more money, a wall-mounted unit should be chosen.
Do not choose a portable one for any reason!

We bought it during the heatwave... In a 20 square meter room, it was difficult for it to lower the internal temperature from 31 to 30 degrees even after 4-5 hours, with the machine set at 24 degrees.
Good construction, quite heavy if one person needs to move it.
It makes noise and you can't consider it quiet in any way, not even in a small room.
The grilles cannot be mechanically adjusted, only manually.
It has 2 performance levels, small and large.

Excellent cooling, very good construction. If you can tolerate the noise of a dehumidifier, it is almost the same. Very good solution for spaces where installation is not allowed, cools quickly and a space of 40+ sq.m. And it can be easily moved from room to room with its wheels. Even in the countryside. The cold that comes out of a regular air conditioner is different from this one.
I understand it because in my room I have this one and as soon as I go out to the living room we have a regular air conditioner.
It makes a lot of noise. And annoying noise.
I have it in a small room, 15 square meters at most.
Usually, I pay 50 euros for electricity. Since I started using this, it has cost me 150 euros.
Now, if you are looking for portable air conditioners. It's better to get an economical small one rather than a portable one.

Honest cooling. Nothing more though. The air quality is not the best, but it works well in a 20 square meter room with computers and other heat sources, and the noise doesn't bother me.

The ventilation (a high-quality flexible plastic pipe of about 20mm) is hot and you can't play around with its output. The device itself (at the back) that transfers this heat into the room it's trying to cool is also hot, undermining its own existence, which may be impossible to avoid with current technology. There is some loss...
Also, considering that the manufacturer prohibits extension cords and requires a grounded outlet, you need to carefully choose and study the location. It's not just a fan.

It has many functions that can only be operated with the remote control, so if you lose it or it breaks, you're in trouble! You'll be left with only half of its capabilities. Also, the window kit was missing from my order. You'll need it if you don't want to make a hole in the window or melt in the heat, so make sure it's included in your purchase.

It doesn't fit easily in a regular car. Forget about taking it with you for a weekend getaway, unless you have an empty back seat or trunk since it needs to travel upright.

Let's call it semi-portable.

* I'll leave the noise for last. It's annoying even at the medium fan speed (it has two speeds). The Sleep Mode it has is a joke. You won't be able to sleep if you have it in the room, no matter what setting you choose. They should have named it differently, definitely not Sleep or even quiet.

It worked for my workspace where I can raise the volume of the music a bit and drown it out, or in any environment where there is already noise, it's tolerable. Imagine the sound of an old refrigerator combined with a large fan, along with the construction noises. The result is almost unbearable!

If you're looking for portability, it's inevitable, otherwise, for the same price, a small built-in unit is unbeatable in terms of noise, energy consumption, and air quality. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't buy it, I'm sorry...

For a 30 sqm studio apartment, it does an excellent job. If you don't want to drill the wall and pay for installation, it is ideal. The negative thing I find is that I have to leave the balcony door slightly open for the pipe with the air and the hose with the water to go outside. This does not affect the cooling of the room. It also dehumidifies, 2 in 1 and quite quickly. As an air conditioner, it makes noise, but don't forget that it also has the external unit with it, so keep the fan speed low and it's fine. The display should show the humidity level instead of the temperature for dehumidification. It comes with an extra second package for installation on a window without holes. In some countries, it doesn't come with batteries for the remote control (including Greece, apparently). I got it 20% cheaper when it was on sale. The whole noise comes from the fan inside. So, avoid using the fan function or cooling on high. The most expensive model, priced at 350+ euros, also provides heating, but with 7 euros, you can get a cheap heater or you can reverse the air conditioner during dehumidification and it will blow warm air from the back, like a heater, at 50% of its capacity
