All cookware in the Iron series is manufactured with a unique casting process. The molten iron at a temperature of 1500 °C is poured into special sand molds. After the cast iron cools, the molds are removed, and the body of the cookware is ready.
The internal surface is enameled black, offering scratch resistance and facilitating cleaning. The cast iron retains temperature, allowing cooking at lower temperatures.
The interior of the cookware features a rough surface that collects juices from cooking, enhancing the flavor of the food. The design of the lids allows for a unique moisture cycle during cooking.
All cookware comes with side removable silicone handles for protection from high temperatures. The lid handles are made of stainless steel. The collection is available in three colors: gray, red, and blue.
