I bought the 12 for a kitchen area over 40 sqm and it cools it comfortably (with quite good insulation), set at 27 degrees I have 25 degrees comfortably on the lowest fan setting, completely silent inside and with low noise outside. I will return for the heating because I haven't tried it yet and that's why I'm not giving it five stars yet.
Αγόρασα το 12αρι για σάλο κουζίνα πάνω από 40τμ και την κάνει ψυγείο άνετα(με αρκετά καλή μόνωση ) ,ρυθμισμένο στους 27 βαθμούς έχω 25 βαθμούς άνετα στην μικρότερη σκάλα του ανεμιστήρα ,εντελώς αθόρυβο το μέσα και με χαμηλό θόρυβο το έξω .θα επανέλθω για την θέρμανση γιατί δε το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμη και γιαυτο δεν βάζω και πέντε αστέρια ακόμη .

I called the authorized representative... same thing...
I called the dealership and they sent me some instructions electronically with pdf (very incomplete, as it turned out).
I tried, on my own, following the instructions to the letter.... nothing.
I called the dealership again and now they were telling me to contact the internet provider....(it's the internet's fault, only them, not me)
A year passed, I brought my own technician, I told him how things were...
he read the instructions that the dealership had sent me... no result.
Finally, he found some instructions on a foreign website and after at least two hours, he managed to connect the machine to the home network....

Πήρα τηλέφωνο στην αντιπροσωπεία μου έστειλαν ηλεκτρονικά κάποιες οδηγίες με pdf (ελλειπεσττατες ,όπως αποδείχθηκε).
Προσπάθησα,μόνος μου, ακολουθώντας κατά γράμμα τις οδηγίες.... τίποτα.
Ξανακαλεσα την αντιπροσωπεία και τώρα μου έλεγαν να πάρω τον πάροχο του ίντερνετ....(φταίει το ίντερνετ, μόνο αυτοί,δεν φταίνε)
Πέρασε ένας χρόνος έφερα έναν δικό μου τεχνικό,του είπα πως έχουν τα πράγματα...
διαβάστε και ο ίδιος τις οδηγίες που μου είχε στείλει η αντιπροσωπεία... κανένα αποτέλεσμα.

I bought a 12000 BTU and a 9000 BTU. The 9000 BTU didn't work for even a month and left me in the middle of the season in a rented room. It burned two circuit boards consecutively. The service from Tournoukiotis was unacceptable, after begging they sent one circuit board without an authorized technician, which burned out within a minute. Possible power leakage from the external unit and I ended up having to send it from the province to Tournoukiotis' service in August (when their one and only technician is on leave) and I am left with promises. I own 5 Mitsubishi air conditioners and I will never buy a machine again if there is no authorized technician in the area. Stay away from them, especially if you are a professional renting rooms.

Το 9000 δεν δούλεψε ούτε μήνα και με άφησε στην μέση της σεζόν σε ενοικιαζομενο δωμάτιο.Έκαψε απανωτά 2 πλακέτες.Το Σέρβις από Τουρνουκιωτη απαράδεκτο,μετά από παρακάλια έστειλαν 1 πλακέτα χωρίς να έχουν εξουσιοδοτημενο τεχνικό ή οποία κάηκε στο λεπτό,Πιθανή διαρροή ρευματος από την εξωτερική μονάδα και κατέληξα σε αποστολή από επαρχία στο σέρβις του Τουρνουκιωτη τον Αυγουστο (όπου βγάνει σε άδεια ο ένας και μοναδικός τεχνικός τους) και μένω με τις υποσχέσεις.Είμαι κάτοχος 5 κλιματιστικών Mitsubishi και δεν θα ξαναπάρω ποτέ μηχάνημα αν δεν υπάρχει εξουσιοδοτημένος τεχνικός στην περιοχή.Μακριά τους, ιδιαίτερα αν είσαι επαγγελματίας ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων.
I am writing a review for this particular product, which was purchased along with a 22000 BTU unit for the living room and a Toshiba Shorai Edge for the other bedroom. An exceptional machine in every aspect. Incredibly economical for heating, I would turn it on during the winter to warm up the bedroom, complementing the radiator. In the summer, it served as the exclusive cooling method and saved me during the 40-degree heat. In general, it is truly quiet, even on the third setting, and you can't hear either the outdoor or indoor unit. I am very satisfied with the quality of the plastic materials, as they do not make any creaking sounds. For me, it is better to spend a little more and get a machine that will last for 20 years, rather than spending 200 euros less and dealing with Chinese products. It is worth noting that this machine replaced a Mitsubishi Electric from 2001, which had no issues but was no longer cost-effective to operate.
Γράφω αξιολόγηση για το συγκεκριμένο,αγοράστηκε μαζί με ένα 22000 BTU για το σαλόνι και ενα toshiba shorai edge για το άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα από όλες τις απόψεις. Τρομερά οικονομικό στην θέρμανση το χειμώνα το άνοιγα για να ζεσταίνομαι στο υπνοδωμάτιο συμπληρώνοντας το καλοριφέρ. Το καλοκαίρι πάλι ως αποκλειστικό μέσος δροσιάς με έσωσε στα 40αρια. Από γενικά σχόλια είναι πραγματικά αθόρυβο ακόμα και στην 3 σκάλα,δεν ακούγεται ούτε η έξω ούτε η μέσα μονάδα. Από ποιότητα πλαστικών και γενικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος συν ότι δεν εμφανίζουν τριξίματα τα πλαστικά. Για εμένα είναι καλύτερο να δώσεις κάτι παραπάνω και να πάρεις ένα μηχάνημα που θα σε κρατήσει 20 χρόνια παρα να δώσεις 200 ευρώ παρακάτω και να μπλέξεις με κινεζιές. Σημειωτέον το μηχάνημα αντικατέστησε ένα mitsubishi electric του 2001 που δεν παρουσίασε κανένα πρόβλημα αλλά πλέον δεν ήταν συμφέρον να λειτουργεί.
I also bought this air conditioner, 18000BTU, through the Energy Saving program, even though I was hesitant because the purchase price is high. However, I am thrilled!
First of all, I do find the indoor unit to be quiet. The outdoor unit, on the other hand, is usually quiet, but sometimes it makes some noise. But the most important thing is how little power it consumes! I have installed consumption monitoring devices, the Tapo P110, and because I have other air conditioners at home, I can compare.
In the exact same space, I have this Mitsubishi and a Toyotomi Izuru 12000BTU. The instant power consumption of the Mitsubishi (heating, with an external temperature of 10-17C) ranges from 350 to a maximum of 700W, while under the same exact conditions, the Toyotomi has instant power consumption ranging from 900W to 1.3KW.
Meanwhile, a Pitsos 9000BTU that I have in another room has instant power consumption ranging from 500W to 700W.
It also accepts a Wi-Fi connection accessory, which you have to buy separately. Its application is very reliable, although it is lacking in many functions. However, it is very convenient for scheduling.
I have had it since February 2022, and I hope it continues to work without any problems.
Edit: However, it is not economical for cooling. At the moment, for example, the external temperature is 33 degrees. The internal temperature is 29 degrees, and the air conditioner is set to 28 degrees with automatic fan (the temperatures are shown in the app). It consumes 1270W, which seems too high to me.
Πήρα και εγώ αυτό το κλιματιστικό, 18000BTU, μέσω του Εξοικονομώ, παρόλο που ήμουν διστακτικός, επειδή η τιμή αγοράς του όπως και να το κάνουμε ξεφεύγει. Έχω ενθουσιαστεί όμως!
Καταρχήν, όντως βρίσκω την εσωτερική μονάδα αθόρυβη. Η εξωτερική πάλι συνήθως είναι αθόρυβη, άλλες φορές κάνει κάποιο θόρυβο. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως είναι το πόσο λίγο ρεύμα καίει! Έχω τοποθετήσει συσκευές μέτρησης κατανάλωσης, τα tapo p110 και επειδή έχω και άλλα κλιματιστικά σπίτι μπορώ να συγκρίνω.
Στον ίδιο ακριβώς χώρο λοιπόν, έχω αυτό το Mitsubishi και ένα Toyotomi Izuru 12000BTU. H στιγμιαία κατανάλωση του Mitsubishi (θέρμανση, με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 10-17C) είναι από 350 έως max 700W, ενώ υπο τις ίδιες ακριβώς συνθήκες, το Toyotomi έχει στιγμιαία κατανάλωση από 900W έως 1.3KW.
Ένω ένα Pitsos 9000BTU που έχω, σε δωμάτιο βέβαια έχει στιγμιαία κατανάλωση στα 500W-700W.
Δέχεται επίσης εξάρτημα για σύνδεση WIFI, το αγοράζεις ξεχωριστά όμως. Η εφαρμογή του είναι πολύ αξιόπιστη, αν και φτωχή, λείπουν αρκετές λειτουργίες. Βολεύει πολύ όμως για χρονοπρογραμματισμό.
Το έχω απο το Φεβρουάριο του 2022, ελπίζω να συνεχίσει να δουλεύει χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Edit: Στην ψύξη πάντως δεν είναι οικονομικό. Αυτή τη στιγμή πχ, εξωτερική θερμοκρασία είναι 33 βαθμοί. Εσωτερική 29 βαθμοί και το κλιματιστικό είναι ρυθμισμένο στους 28 με αυτόματο ανεμιστήρα (οι θερμοκρασίες φαίνονται στο app). Ξοδεύει 1270w το οποίο μου φαίνεται πάρα πολύ.
Through the EconoSave, we got 2 9's and a 24. The machines simply do not exist. Completely silent internally, and they don't burn anything. The external units were placed on shock absorbers and they really seem like they're not working. They were recommended to me by a technician friend who has installed hundreds of machines. So far, no negatives. Visually, they have nice angles and cuts despite not being new models.
Μέσω του εξοικονομώ πήραμε 2 9άρια και ένα 24άρι. Τα μηχανήματα απλά δεν υπάρχουν. Τελείως αθόρυβα εσωτερικά, και δεν καίνε τίποτα. Οι εξωτερικές μονάδες μπήκαν πάνω σε αντικραδασμικά και πραγματικά είναι σαν να μην δουλεύουν. Μου τα πρότεινε φίλος τεχνικός που έχει βάλει εκατοντάδες μηχανήματα. Μέχρι στιγμής κανένα αρνητικό. Οπτικά έχουν ωραίες γωνίες και κοψίματα παρ' όλο που δεν είναι καινούρια μοντέλα.

Indeed, very quiet on the low fan settings in the cold, but for me, it makes a noise when the fan gets stronger, as if some component has loosened since installation.
It's not loud, but on the other hand, why should something be heard on a new machine?
I have installed three other Mitsubishi units in the same space, I have Daikin and Fujitsu in another house, and also the air conditioner that was replaced was a 15-year-old Toyotomi, and never had such a sound issue with any of them, especially from the first day!
Although the store I bought it from considers it not a problem (!), I contacted Mitsubishi's service.
Also, regarding the previous positive evaluation that says if 3-4 out of 2000 have a problem, it doesn't mean the machine is not good, we must understand that reviews are statistical. Here it's 3-4 out of 2000, in others it's 1-2 out of 2000, and probably from my own experience, the statistics are confirmed. In the other air conditioners, that is, the ones with better reviews, those who have a negative opinion have not rated them???

Επιλέχθηκε κατόπιν παρότρυνσης του καταστήματος έναντι πιό οικονομικού ως πολύ πιο αθόρυβο, αποδοτικό και αξιόπιστο.
Πράγματι πολύ αθόρυβο στις χαμηλές σκάλες του ανεμιστήρα στο κρύο αλλά σε εμένα από την εγκατάσταση κάνει ένα συντονισμό όταν δυναμώνει ο ανεμιστήρας σαν να έχει ξεσφίξει κάποιο εξάρτημα.
Δεν ακούγεται δυνατά αλλά από την άλλη γιατί να ακούγεται κάτι σε καινούργιο μηχάνημα.
Έχω τοποθετήσει άλλα τρία mitsubishi στον ίδιο χώρο, έχω σε άλλο σπίτι daikin και fujitsu και επίσης το κλιματιστικό που αντικαταστάθηκε ήταν 15ετίας toyotomi και ποτέ δεν είχε ακουστεί κάτι τέτοιο σε κανένα, πόσο μάλλον από την πρώτη ημέρα!
Αν και το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα θεωρεί ότι δεν είναι πρόβλημα (!) επικοινώνησε με το σέρβις της mitsubishi.
Επίσης αναφορικά με την παλιά θετική αξιολόγηση που λέει ότι αν 3-4 στα 2000 έχουν πρόβλημα δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν είναι καλό το μηχάνημα πρέπει να καταλάβουμε ότι οι κριτικές είναι στατιστική. Εδώ είναι 3-4 στα 2000 σε άλλα είναι 1-2 στα 2000 και μάλλον και από την δική μου εμπειρία επιβεβαιώνεται η στατιστική. Στα υπόλοιπα κλιματιστικά δηλαδή που έχουν καλύτερες κριτικές δεν έχουν βαθμολογήσει όσοι έχουν κακή γνώμη;;;
Τρία αστέρια για την μέχρι τώρα εικόνα και και ανάλογα με την εξέλιξη θα επανέλθω και με βαθμολογία για το κατάστημα.

Σήμερα καλοκαίρι του 21’ και έξω 42 βαθμοί Κελσίου. Σωστά, καλοκαίρι του 21’ και έχουμε έξω 42 βαθμούς, λογικά θα είναι κάποιου είδους ρεκόρ. Τουλάχιστον για την περιοχή μου, ΒΑ της Αττικής.
Λοιπόν… 12 btu, τοποθετημένο σε μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, με ανοιχτή την εσωτερική πόρτα που χωρίζει το δωμάτιο με τον διάδρομο, λειτουργεί υποδειγματικά όλη μέρα.
Η θερμοκρασία ρυθμισμένη στους 28 βαθμούς Κελσίου.

I bought it in September 2019 and after a year of use in heating and cooling, I can say that it is a very good machine. I have it in a room of about ten square meters. It is efficient and economical in consumption, quiet, only the outdoor unit is sometimes heard, but it is because I installed it on the wall right behind the indoor unit. Το αγόρασα Σεπτέμβριο του 2019 και μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης σε θέρμανση και σε ψύξη μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πολύ καλό μηχάνημα. Το έχω σε δωμάτιο περίπου δέκα τετραγωνικών μέτρων. Είναι αποδοτικό και οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση, αθόρυβο, μόνο ή έξω μονάδα ακούγετε κάποιες φορές αλλά φταίει το γεγονός ότι την τοποθέτησα στον τοίχο ακριβώς πίσω από την εσωτερική μονάδα. Γενικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος με την απόδοση του.
I installed two 9,000 BTU units in bedrooms in early May, even though I had read the bad reviews. I chose Mitsubishi Heavy solely because the old air conditioner I removed from one of the rooms was the same brand and had worked flawlessly for 23 years, except that it was old on-off technology. At this point I want to say something about reviews. If we assume that Mitsubishi has sold 2,000 such units and 3-4 of them have a problem, as happens with all machines, and only those who happened to get a faulty one write a review, does that mean the machine is defective? For me, both outdoor units are completely silent, and the performance indoors is excellent. I don't know if it matters, but the outdoor unit weighs 31 kg, whereas in other brands it is 23-27 kg, which seems more high-quality to me. I'm not saying I have no complaints, because one of them, when it starts circulating the refrigerant internally, makes a ticking sound from expansion, but after 10 seconds it stops. Maybe it's because the pipes are 7.5 meters apart. The other one doesn't do it. Also, when each one costs 630 euros, not including installation, you expect to see a higher-quality remote control.
That’s where the negatives end. Since you want the air conditioner to cool the room, not brew coffee, if it turns out to be as reliable as the previous one, I’ll be satisfied. So please, everyone who has the unit, write reviews, and not only those who happened to have a problem; only then can people form an opinion.
Update 24-6-2026: After 6 years of use, summers and winters, it turned out to be even better than I wrote before!!
Έβαλα στις αρχές Μαΐου δύο εννιάρια σε υπνοδωμάτια, παρόλο που είχα διαβάσει τις κακές κριτικές. Επέλεξα mitsubishi heavy μόνο και μόνο επειδή το παλιό κλιματιστικό που έβγαλα από το ένα δωμάτιο ήταν ίδιας μάρκας και δούλευε επί 23 χρόνια απροβλημάτιστα, μόνο που ήταν παλιάς τεχνολογίας on -off. Σε αυτό το σημείο θέλω να πώ κάτι για τις κριτικές. Αν υποθέσουμε ότι η mitsubishi έχει πουλήσει 2000 τέτοια κομμάτια και 3-4 απ αυτά έχουν πρόβλημα, όπως συμβαίνει σε όλα τα μηχανήματα, και γράψουν κριτική μόνο αυτοί που έτυχαν με πρόβλημα, σημαίνει ότι το μηχάνημα είναι προβληματικό; σε μένα και οι δύο εξωτερικές μονάδες είναι απόλυτα αθόρυβες, και η απόδοση στο εσωτερικό είναι εξαιρετική, δεν ξέρω αν έχει σημασία αλλά το βάρος της εξωτερικής μονάδας είναι 31 κιλά, όταν σε άλλες μάρκες είναι από 23-27, αυτό ποιοτικότερο μου φαίνεται. Δεν λέω ότι δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο, γιατί το ένα όταν ξεκινάει να κυκλοφορεί το φρέον εσωτερικά κάνει κάτι τικ-τακ από διαστολές, αλλά μετά 10 δεύτερα σταματάει. ίσως φταίει ότι οι σωλήνες απέχουν 7,5 μέτρα. Το άλλο δεν κάνει. Επίσης όταν το καθένα κάνει 630 ευρώ, χώρια την εγκατάσταση, περιμένεις να δείς ένα ποιοτικότερο χειριστήριο.
Εδώ τελειώνουν τα αρνητικά. Επειδή το κλιματιστικό το θέλεις να κρυώνει το χώρο, και όχι να ψήνει καφέ, αν βγει τόσο αξιόπιστο, όσο το προηγούμενο θα μαι ευχαριστημένος. Για αυτό παρακαλώ να γράφετε κριτικές όλοι όσοι έχετε το μηχάνημα, και όχι όσοι έτυχε να έχουν πρόβλημα, μόνο έτσι μπορεί ο κόσμος να σχηματίσει άποψη
Update 24-6-2026 : Μετά από χρήση 6 χρόνων , καλοκαίρια και χειμώνες, αποδείχτηκε ακόμα καλύτερο απ ότι έγραψα πιο πρίν!!
I bought this model on 9/9/2019. From the beginning, the external unit made a lot of noise. I called and two technicians from Mitsubishi service came, confirmed the problem, and assured me that the external unit would be replaced. Until today, 6/5/2020, they still have some issues, the replacement has not been done...

Κάλεσα και ήρθαν 2 φορές τεχνικοί της Mitsubishi service, επιβεβαίωσαν το πρόβλημα και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα γίνει αντικατάσταση της εξωτερικής μονάδας. Μέχρι σήμερα 6/5 /2020 ,συνεχώς κάποιο πρόβλημα έχουν, δεν έχει γίνει η αντικατάσταση....
Stay away from Mitsubishi! Installed in a child's bedroom. Excellent performance but the plastic parts with expansions and contractions make noise! Annoying and all night long! To have spent so much money for the economy you actually gain, but to be eaten by the tick-tock tick-tock all night long in two years???... simply unacceptable. Get something for half the price and cry less!

I bought this air conditioner having trust in Mitsubishi, and having bought another one in the past. This particular one, although a newer model, is much inferior to the previous one. It makes noise most of the time it operates, something like an airplane turbine, very annoying. I bought it in June and I will call a Mitsubishi technician after the holidays because I believe it cannot be defective... something else is happening. I will come back with more details..

Το συγκεκριμένο αν και νεώτερο μοντελο είναι πολύ κατώτερο του προηγούμενου, κανει θόρυβο τον περισσότερο χρονο λειτουργιας του, κάτι σαν τουρμπίνα αεροπλάνου πολύ ενοχλητικό. Το αγόρασα τον Ιούνιο και θα καλεσω τεχνικό της mitsubishi μετα τις διακοπές γιατί πιστεύω πως δεν είναι δυνατόν να είναι ελαττωματικο.... κάτι άλλο συμβαίνει. Θα επανελθω με περισσότερα....

I bought the 12 for a kitchen area over 40 sqm and it cools it comfortably (with quite good insulation), set at 27 degrees I have 25 degrees comfortably on the lowest fan setting, completely silent inside and with low noise outside. I called the authorized representative... same thing...
I called the dealership and they sent me some instructions electronically with pdf (very incomplete, as it turned out).
I tried, on my own, following the instructions to the letter.... nothing.
I called the dealership again and now they were telling me to contact the internet provider....(it's the internet's fault, only them, not me)
A year passed, I brought my own technician, I told him how things were...
he read the instructions that the dealership had sent me... no result.
Finally, he found some instructions on a foreign website and after at least two hours, he managed to connect the machine to the home network....

I bought a 12000 BTU and a 9000 BTU. The 9000 BTU didn't work for even a month and left me in the middle of the season in a rented room. It burned two circuit boards consecutively. The service from Tournoukiotis was unacceptable, after begging they sent one circuit board without an authorized technician, which burned out within a minute. Possible power leakage from the external unit and I ended up having to send it from the province to Tournoukiotis' service in August (when their one and only technician is on leave) and I am left with promises. I own 5 Mitsubishi air conditioners and I will never buy a machine again if there is no authorized technician in the area. Stay away from them, especially if you are a professional renting rooms.

An exceptional machine in every aspect. Incredibly economical for heating, I would turn it on during the winter to warm up the bedroom, complementing the radiator. In the summer, it served as the exclusive cooling method and saved me during the 40-degree heat. In general, it is truly quiet, even on the third setting, and you can't hear either the outdoor or indoor unit. I am very satisfied with the quality of the plastic materials, as they do not make any creaking sounds. For me, it is better to spend a little more and get a machine that will last for 20 years, rather than spending 200 euros less and dealing with Chinese products. It is worth noting that this machine replaced a Mitsubishi Electric from 2001, which had no issues but was no longer cost-effective to operate.

I also bought this air conditioner, 18000BTU, through the Energy Saving program, even though I was hesitant because the purchase price is high. However, I am thrilled!
First of all, I do find the indoor unit to be quiet. The outdoor unit, on the other hand, is usually quiet, but sometimes it makes some noise. But the most important thing is how little power it consumes! I have installed consumption monitoring devices, the Tapo P110, and because I have other air conditioners at home, I can compare.
In the exact same space, I have this Mitsubishi and a Toyotomi Izuru 12000BTU. The instant power consumption of the Mitsubishi (heating, with an external temperature of 10-17C) ranges from 350 to a maximum of 700W, while under the same exact conditions, the Toyotomi has instant power consumption ranging from 900W to 1.3KW.
Meanwhile, a Pitsos 9000BTU that I have in another room has instant power consumption ranging from 500W to 700W.
It also accepts a Wi-Fi connection accessory, which you have to buy separately. Its application is very reliable, although it is lacking in many functions. However, it is very convenient for scheduling.
I have had it since February 2022, and I hope it continues to work without any problems.
Edit: However, it is not economical for cooling. At the moment, for example, the external temperature is 33 degrees. The internal temperature is 29 degrees, and the air conditioner is set to 28 degrees with automatic fan (the temperatures are shown in the app). It consumes 1270W, which seems too high to me.
Πήρα και εγώ αυτό το κλιματιστικό, 18000BTU, μέσω του Εξοικονομώ, παρόλο που ήμουν διστακτικός, επειδή η τιμή αγοράς του όπως και να το κάνουμε ξεφεύγει. Έχω ενθουσιαστεί όμως!
Καταρχήν, όντως βρίσκω την εσωτερική μονάδα αθόρυβη. Η εξωτερική πάλι συνήθως είναι αθόρυβη, άλλες φορές κάνει κάποιο θόρυβο. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως είναι το πόσο λίγο ρεύμα καίει! Έχω τοποθετήσει συσκευές μέτρησης κατανάλωσης, τα tapo p110 και επειδή έχω και άλλα κλιματιστικά σπίτι μπορώ να συγκρίνω.
Στον ίδιο ακριβώς χώρο λοιπόν, έχω αυτό το Mitsubishi και ένα Toyotomi Izuru 12000BTU. H στιγμιαία κατανάλωση του Mitsubishi (θέρμανση, με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 10-17C) είναι από 350 έως max 700W, ενώ υπο τις ίδιες ακριβώς συνθήκες, το Toyotomi έχει στιγμιαία κατανάλωση από 900W έως 1.3KW.
Ένω ένα Pitsos 9000BTU που έχω, σε δωμάτιο βέβαια έχει στιγμιαία κατανάλωση στα 500W-700W.
Δέχεται επίσης εξάρτημα για σύνδεση WIFI, το αγοράζεις ξεχωριστά όμως. Η εφαρμογή του είναι πολύ αξιόπιστη, αν και φτωχή, λείπουν αρκετές λειτουργίες. Βολεύει πολύ όμως για χρονοπρογραμματισμό.
Το έχω απο το Φεβρουάριο του 2022, ελπίζω να συνεχίσει να δουλεύει χωρίς πρόβλημα.
Edit: Στην ψύξη πάντως δεν είναι οικονομικό. Αυτή τη στιγμή πχ, εξωτερική θερμοκρασία είναι 33 βαθμοί. Εσωτερική 29 βαθμοί και το κλιματιστικό είναι ρυθμισμένο στους 28 με αυτόματο ανεμιστήρα (οι θερμοκρασίες φαίνονται στο app). Ξοδεύει 1270w το οποίο μου φαίνεται πάρα πολύ.
Through the EconoSave, we got 2 9's and a 24. The machines simply do not exist. Completely silent internally, and they don't burn anything. The external units were placed on shock absorbers and they really seem like they're not working. They were recommended to me by a technician friend who has installed hundreds of machines. So far, no negatives. Visually, they have nice angles and cuts despite not being new models.
Μέσω του εξοικονομώ πήραμε 2 9άρια και ένα 24άρι. Τα μηχανήματα απλά δεν υπάρχουν. Τελείως αθόρυβα εσωτερικά, και δεν καίνε τίποτα. Οι εξωτερικές μονάδες μπήκαν πάνω σε αντικραδασμικά και πραγματικά είναι σαν να μην δουλεύουν. Μου τα πρότεινε φίλος τεχνικός που έχει βάλει εκατοντάδες μηχανήματα. Μέχρι στιγμής κανένα αρνητικό. Οπτικά έχουν ωραίες γωνίες και κοψίματα παρ' όλο που δεν είναι καινούρια μοντέλα.

Indeed, very quiet on the low fan settings in the cold, but for me, it makes a noise when the fan gets stronger, as if some component has loosened since installation.
It's not loud, but on the other hand, why should something be heard on a new machine?
I have installed three other Mitsubishi units in the same space, I have Daikin and Fujitsu in another house, and also the air conditioner that was replaced was a 15-year-old Toyotomi, and never had such a sound issue with any of them, especially from the first day!
Although the store I bought it from considers it not a problem (!), I contacted Mitsubishi's service.
Also, regarding the previous positive evaluation that says if 3-4 out of 2000 have a problem, it doesn't mean the machine is not good, we must understand that reviews are statistical. Here it's 3-4 out of 2000, in others it's 1-2 out of 2000, and probably from my own experience, the statistics are confirmed. In the other air conditioners, that is, the ones with better reviews, those who have a negative opinion have not rated them???

Επιλέχθηκε κατόπιν παρότρυνσης του καταστήματος έναντι πιό οικονομικού ως πολύ πιο αθόρυβο, αποδοτικό και αξιόπιστο.
Πράγματι πολύ αθόρυβο στις χαμηλές σκάλες του ανεμιστήρα στο κρύο αλλά σε εμένα από την εγκατάσταση κάνει ένα συντονισμό όταν δυναμώνει ο ανεμιστήρας σαν να έχει ξεσφίξει κάποιο εξάρτημα.
Δεν ακούγεται δυνατά αλλά από την άλλη γιατί να ακούγεται κάτι σε καινούργιο μηχάνημα.
Έχω τοποθετήσει άλλα τρία mitsubishi στον ίδιο χώρο, έχω σε άλλο σπίτι daikin και fujitsu και επίσης το κλιματιστικό που αντικαταστάθηκε ήταν 15ετίας toyotomi και ποτέ δεν είχε ακουστεί κάτι τέτοιο σε κανένα, πόσο μάλλον από την πρώτη ημέρα!
Αν και το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα θεωρεί ότι δεν είναι πρόβλημα (!) επικοινώνησε με το σέρβις της mitsubishi.
Επίσης αναφορικά με την παλιά θετική αξιολόγηση που λέει ότι αν 3-4 στα 2000 έχουν πρόβλημα δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν είναι καλό το μηχάνημα πρέπει να καταλάβουμε ότι οι κριτικές είναι στατιστική. Εδώ είναι 3-4 στα 2000 σε άλλα είναι 1-2 στα 2000 και μάλλον και από την δική μου εμπειρία επιβεβαιώνεται η στατιστική. Στα υπόλοιπα κλιματιστικά δηλαδή που έχουν καλύτερες κριτικές δεν έχουν βαθμολογήσει όσοι έχουν κακή γνώμη;;;
Τρία αστέρια για την μέχρι τώρα εικόνα και και ανάλογα με την εξέλιξη θα επανέλθω και με βαθμολογία για το κατάστημα.

Το αγόρασα λίγο πριν το καλοκαίρι του 20’
Σήμερα καλοκαίρι του 21’ και έξω 42 βαθμοί Κελσίου. Σωστά, καλοκαίρι του 21’ και έχουμε έξω 42 βαθμούς, λογικά θα είναι κάποιου είδους ρεκόρ. Τουλάχιστον για την περιοχή μου, ΒΑ της Αττικής.
Λοιπόν… 12 btu, τοποθετημένο σε μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα, με ανοιχτή την εσωτερική πόρτα που χωρίζει το δωμάτιο με τον διάδρομο, λειτουργεί υποδειγματικά όλη μέρα.
Η θερμοκρασία ρυθμισμένη στους 28 βαθμούς Κελσίου.
Οι ανεμιστήρες στο αυτόματο.

I bought it in September 2019 and after a year of use in heating and cooling, I can say that it is a very good machine. I have it in a room of about ten square meters. It is efficient and economical in consumption, quiet, only the outdoor unit is sometimes heard, but it is because I installed it on the wall right behind the indoor unit. Το αγόρασα Σεπτέμβριο του 2019 και μετά από ένα χρόνο χρήσης σε θέρμανση και σε ψύξη μπορώ να πω ότι είναι πολύ καλό μηχάνημα. Το έχω σε δωμάτιο περίπου δέκα τετραγωνικών μέτρων. Είναι αποδοτικό και οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση, αθόρυβο, μόνο ή έξω μονάδα ακούγετε κάποιες φορές αλλά φταίει το γεγονός ότι την τοποθέτησα στον τοίχο ακριβώς πίσω από την εσωτερική μονάδα. Γενικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος με την απόδοση του.
I installed two 9,000 BTU units in bedrooms in early May, even though I had read the bad reviews. I chose Mitsubishi Heavy solely because the old air conditioner I removed from one of the rooms was the same brand and had worked flawlessly for 23 years, except that it was old on-off technology. At this point I want to say something about reviews. If we assume that Mitsubishi has sold 2,000 such units and 3-4 of them have a problem, as happens with all machines, and only those who happened to get a faulty one write a review, does that mean the machine is defective? For me, both outdoor units are completely silent, and the performance indoors is excellent. I don't know if it matters, but the outdoor unit weighs 31 kg, whereas in other brands it is 23-27 kg, which seems more high-quality to me. I'm not saying I have no complaints, because one of them, when it starts circulating the refrigerant internally, makes a ticking sound from expansion, but after 10 seconds it stops. Maybe it's because the pipes are 7.5 meters apart. The other one doesn't do it. Also, when each one costs 630 euros, not including installation, you expect to see a higher-quality remote control.
That’s where the negatives end. Since you want the air conditioner to cool the room, not brew coffee, if it turns out to be as reliable as the previous one, I’ll be satisfied. So please, everyone who has the unit, write reviews, and not only those who happened to have a problem; only then can people form an opinion.
Update 24-6-2026: After 6 years of use, summers and winters, it turned out to be even better than I wrote before!!
Έβαλα στις αρχές Μαΐου δύο εννιάρια σε υπνοδωμάτια, παρόλο που είχα διαβάσει τις κακές κριτικές. Επέλεξα mitsubishi heavy μόνο και μόνο επειδή το παλιό κλιματιστικό που έβγαλα από το ένα δωμάτιο ήταν ίδιας μάρκας και δούλευε επί 23 χρόνια απροβλημάτιστα, μόνο που ήταν παλιάς τεχνολογίας on -off. Σε αυτό το σημείο θέλω να πώ κάτι για τις κριτικές. Αν υποθέσουμε ότι η mitsubishi έχει πουλήσει 2000 τέτοια κομμάτια και 3-4 απ αυτά έχουν πρόβλημα, όπως συμβαίνει σε όλα τα μηχανήματα, και γράψουν κριτική μόνο αυτοί που έτυχαν με πρόβλημα, σημαίνει ότι το μηχάνημα είναι προβληματικό; σε μένα και οι δύο εξωτερικές μονάδες είναι απόλυτα αθόρυβες, και η απόδοση στο εσωτερικό είναι εξαιρετική, δεν ξέρω αν έχει σημασία αλλά το βάρος της εξωτερικής μονάδας είναι 31 κιλά, όταν σε άλλες μάρκες είναι από 23-27, αυτό ποιοτικότερο μου φαίνεται. Δεν λέω ότι δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο, γιατί το ένα όταν ξεκινάει να κυκλοφορεί το φρέον εσωτερικά κάνει κάτι τικ-τακ από διαστολές, αλλά μετά 10 δεύτερα σταματάει. ίσως φταίει ότι οι σωλήνες απέχουν 7,5 μέτρα. Το άλλο δεν κάνει. Επίσης όταν το καθένα κάνει 630 ευρώ, χώρια την εγκατάσταση, περιμένεις να δείς ένα ποιοτικότερο χειριστήριο.
Εδώ τελειώνουν τα αρνητικά. Επειδή το κλιματιστικό το θέλεις να κρυώνει το χώρο, και όχι να ψήνει καφέ, αν βγει τόσο αξιόπιστο, όσο το προηγούμενο θα μαι ευχαριστημένος. Για αυτό παρακαλώ να γράφετε κριτικές όλοι όσοι έχετε το μηχάνημα, και όχι όσοι έτυχε να έχουν πρόβλημα, μόνο έτσι μπορεί ο κόσμος να σχηματίσει άποψη
Update 24-6-2026 : Μετά από χρήση 6 χρόνων , καλοκαίρια και χειμώνες, αποδείχτηκε ακόμα καλύτερο απ ότι έγραψα πιο πρίν!!
I bought this model on 9/9/2019. From the beginning, the external unit made a lot of noise. I called and two technicians from Mitsubishi service came, confirmed the problem, and assured me that the external unit would be replaced. Until today, 6/5/2020, they still have some issues, the replacement has not been done...
Αγόρασα το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο 9/9/2019. Από την αρχή έκανε πολύ θόρυβο η εξωτερική μονάδα.
Κάλεσα και ήρθαν 2 φορές τεχνικοί της Mitsubishi service, επιβεβαίωσαν το πρόβλημα και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα γίνει αντικατάσταση της εξωτερικής μονάδας. Μέχρι σήμερα 6/5 /2020 ,συνεχώς κάποιο πρόβλημα έχουν, δεν έχει γίνει η αντικατάσταση....
Stay away from Mitsubishi! Installed in a child's bedroom. Excellent performance but the plastic parts with expansions and contractions make noise! Annoying and all night long! To have spent so much money for the economy you actually gain, but to be eaten by the tick-tock tick-tock all night long in two years???... simply unacceptable. Get something for half the price and cry less!

I bought this air conditioner having trust in Mitsubishi, and having bought another one in the past. This particular one, although a newer model, is much inferior to the previous one. It makes noise most of the time it operates, something like an airplane turbine, very annoying. I bought it in June and I will call a Mitsubishi technician after the holidays because I believe it cannot be defective... something else is happening. I will come back with more details..
Αγορασα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό έχοντας εμπιστοσυνη στη mitsubishi, και έχοντας αγορασει και άλλο παλιότερα. Το συγκεκριμένο αν και νεώτερο μοντελο είναι πολύ κατώτερο του προηγούμενου, κανει θόρυβο τον περισσότερο χρονο λειτουργιας του, κάτι σαν τουρμπίνα αεροπλάνου πολύ ενοχλητικό. Το αγόρασα τον Ιούνιο και θα καλεσω τεχνικό της mitsubishi μετα τις διακοπές γιατί πιστεύω πως δεν είναι δυνατόν να είναι ελαττωματικο.... κάτι άλλο συμβαίνει. Θα επανελθω με περισσότερα....

I bought the 12 for a kitchen area over 40 sqm and it cools it comfortably (with quite good insulation), set at 27 degrees I have 25 degrees comfortably on the lowest fan setting, completely silent inside and with low noise outside. I will return for the heating because I haven't tried it yet and that's why I'm not giving it five stars yet.
Αγόρασα το 12αρι για σάλο κουζίνα πάνω από 40τμ και την κάνει ψυγείο άνετα(με αρκετά καλή μόνωση ) ,ρυθμισμένο στους 27 βαθμούς έχω 25 βαθμούς άνετα στην μικρότερη σκάλα του ανεμιστήρα ,εντελώς αθόρυβο το μέσα και με χαμηλό θόρυβο το έξω .θα επανέλθω για την θέρμανση γιατί δε το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμη και γιαυτο δεν βάζω και πέντε αστέρια ακόμη .

the installer didn't know how to connect the machine to the home network..
I called the authorized representative... same thing...
I called the dealership and they sent me some instructions electronically with pdf (very incomplete, as it turned out).
I tried, on my own, following the instructions to the letter.... nothing.
I called the dealership again and now they were telling me to contact the internet provider....(it's the internet's fault, only them, not me)
A year passed, I brought my own technician, I told him how things were...
he read the instructions that the dealership had sent me... no result.
Finally, he found some instructions on a foreign website and after at least two hours, he managed to connect the machine to the home network....
Evaluation for the company's representatives in Greece....(but also for the company itself) you figure it out.

Πήρα τηλέφωνο τον εξουσιοδοτημένο αντιπρόσωπο...τα ίδια...
Πήρα τηλέφωνο στην αντιπροσωπεία μου έστειλαν ηλεκτρονικά κάποιες οδηγίες με pdf (ελλειπεσττατες ,όπως αποδείχθηκε).
Προσπάθησα,μόνος μου, ακολουθώντας κατά γράμμα τις οδηγίες.... τίποτα.
Ξανακαλεσα την αντιπροσωπεία και τώρα μου έλεγαν να πάρω τον πάροχο του ίντερνετ....(φταίει το ίντερνετ, μόνο αυτοί,δεν φταίνε)
Πέρασε ένας χρόνος έφερα έναν δικό μου τεχνικό,του είπα πως έχουν τα πράγματα...
διαβάστε και ο ίδιος τις οδηγίες που μου είχε στείλει η αντιπροσωπεία... κανένα αποτέλεσμα.

I bought a 12000 BTU and a 9000 BTU. The 9000 BTU didn't work for even a month and left me in the middle of the season in a rented room. It burned two circuit boards consecutively. The service from Tournoukiotis was unacceptable, after begging they sent one circuit board without an authorized technician, which burned out within a minute. Possible power leakage from the external unit and I ended up having to send it from the province to Tournoukiotis' service in August (when their one and only technician is on leave) and I am left with promises. I own 5 Mitsubishi air conditioners and I will never buy a machine again if there is no authorized technician in the area. Stay away from them, especially if you are a professional renting rooms.

Το 9000 δεν δούλεψε ούτε μήνα και με άφησε στην μέση της σεζόν σε ενοικιαζομενο δωμάτιο.Έκαψε απανωτά 2 πλακέτες.Το Σέρβις από Τουρνουκιωτη απαράδεκτο,μετά από παρακάλια έστειλαν 1 πλακέτα χωρίς να έχουν εξουσιοδοτημενο τεχνικό ή οποία κάηκε στο λεπτό,Πιθανή διαρροή ρευματος από την εξωτερική μονάδα και κατέληξα σε αποστολή από επαρχία στο σέρβις του Τουρνουκιωτη τον Αυγουστο (όπου βγάνει σε άδεια ο ένας και μοναδικός τεχνικός τους) και μένω με τις υποσχέσεις.Είμαι κάτοχος 5 κλιματιστικών Mitsubishi και δεν θα ξαναπάρω ποτέ μηχάνημα αν δεν υπάρχει εξουσιοδοτημένος τεχνικός στην περιοχή.Μακριά τους, ιδιαίτερα αν είσαι επαγγελματίας ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων.
I am writing a review for this particular product, which was purchased along with a 22000 BTU unit for the living room and a Toshiba Shorai Edge for the other bedroom. An exceptional machine in every aspect. Incredibly economical for heating, I would turn it on during the winter to warm up the bedroom, complementing the radiator. In the summer, it served as the exclusive cooling method and saved me during the 40-degree heat. In general, it is truly quiet, even on the third setting, and you can't hear either the outdoor or indoor unit. I am very satisfied with the quality of the plastic materials, as they do not make any creaking sounds. For me, it is better to spend a little more and get a machine that will last for 20 years, rather than spending 200 euros less and dealing with Chinese products. It is worth noting that this machine replaced a Mitsubishi Electric from 2001, which had no issues but was no longer cost-effective to operate.
Γράφω αξιολόγηση για το συγκεκριμένο,αγοράστηκε μαζί με ένα 22000 BTU για το σαλόνι και ενα toshiba shorai edge για το άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Εξαιρετικό μηχάνημα από όλες τις απόψεις. Τρομερά οικονομικό στην θέρμανση το χειμώνα το άνοιγα για να ζεσταίνομαι στο υπνοδωμάτιο συμπληρώνοντας το καλοριφέρ. Το καλοκαίρι πάλι ως αποκλειστικό μέσος δροσιάς με έσωσε στα 40αρια. Από γενικά σχόλια είναι πραγματικά αθόρυβο ακόμα και στην 3 σκάλα,δεν ακούγεται ούτε η έξω ούτε η μέσα μονάδα. Από ποιότητα πλαστικών και γενικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος συν ότι δεν εμφανίζουν τριξίματα τα πλαστικά. Για εμένα είναι καλύτερο να δώσεις κάτι παραπάνω και να πάρεις ένα μηχάνημα που θα σε κρατήσει 20 χρόνια παρα να δώσεις 200 ευρώ παρακάτω και να μπλέξεις με κινεζιές. Σημειωτέον το μηχάνημα αντικατέστησε ένα mitsubishi electric του 2001 που δεν παρουσίασε κανένα πρόβλημα αλλά πλέον δεν ήταν συμφέρον να λειτουργεί.
