I bought the headphones 2 months ago and they are perfect, the bass is fantastic and they are very comfortable after wearing them for hours. The microphone could have been a little better, but overall the headphones are great for budget gaming. However, I would also recommend the steelseries arctis prime as they are not much more expensive than 50€ and are (in terms of quality and features) even better.

Very good headphones. Nice minimal design without unnecessary RGB lights. The sound is very satisfying and the microphone as well. The cushions are incredible, even after hours of use they don't become tiring at all. 1.5m cable with a 1.5m extension. They are top in their category.

For me, the sound is fine. It may not be the best, but it works for me. What bothers me (or rather bothers my friends) is that the microphone doesn't isolate the sounds... As a result, you can hear the fan in the background (even though it wasn't even close to me) and even the PS4, which sounds like an airplane.. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied. The previous headphones I had were the Razer Electra V2. After a few hours, they felt very heavy, so I switched to these.. But in the end, I went back to the Electra.

The purchase was made in 2021. Six months later, a problem arose with the volumes of the left and right ear cups. Specifically, the dial they have for adjusting the volume of both headphones essentially became useless as the sound was unbalanced on both sides. The problem is clearly identified in their hardware, as I had not altered any related settings from my computer, and they exhibited the same issue on two laptops I tested them on.
I therefore contacted Steelseries' customer service, and their service was very good, to a concerning extent. They only wanted proof of purchase and the serial number of the product, and without asking for it back to confirm that the aforementioned problem indeed exists, they proceeded to send a new product of the same model without requesting the "broken" one back since I would have a new one.
However, the same problem appeared in the second identical set of headphones, about 1 or maybe 1.5 years of use later. The situation can be managed if you set the dial to max (where the sound is balanced) and control the volume exclusively from the computer.
In other news, they do not have good bass, but aside from what has been said, they are okay for their then price (60€).
Be advised, they are fabric and not leather, so do not expect to not hear even the air conditioning. This is not a negative, just saying...
