    I bought 4 of these 4 years ago for a vacation home that is used max 2 months per year. 2 out of the 4 have malfunctioned with error code E5 and do not produce any cold air.

    We bought it in June 2020 and installed it in the living room of our summer house, which is located on an island. So far, we have only used the cooling function and I can say that it covers our 65sqm house quite well. We don't defrost it, but it cools us down. The external unit is slightly noisy. I believe that for our usage of 2 months per year, it is worth it. If it was a permanent residence, I might choose something else.

    I put it in the second room.. and not in the bedroom... in the end, I did the right thing.. because the room gets very cold and I only have it at 27 on the low scale... in 20 minutes it cools down the second room as well.
    My father also bought an 18,000 BTU... and in essence there is no difference in cold air...
    and with less money for purchase and less consumption... the AUX 12,000 BTU.
    For heat, however, my father's 18,000 BTU is better... but that's logical... one costs 800 euros and the other 300 euros...
    If you want it more for summer with your eyes closed
    if you also want it for winter... go for the 18,000 BTU for sure... to be 100% sure...

    I bought it in the summer (June 2019) and it performed exceptionally well during the heatwaves. It worked continuously throughout the summer and passed the consumption test with flying colors. It is very economical, despite the poor insulation of my old house. I used it at 27 degrees and it managed to cool down a 20 sqm living room. I highly recommend it. I will also test it during the cold winter and will come back with further comments.

    June 2020
    I am coming back for further comments after 1 year of summer-winter use. It didn't perform as well in heating, I needed an extra radiator plug to reach 22 degrees in the room. On its own, it only reached 20 degrees. Apart from the performance, exactly 1 year later, it developed a malfunction in the circuit board (showing error code e5) and the external unit stopped working. Thanks to the two-year warranty, the circuit board was promptly replaced free of charge. We will see how it performs in the next year and if it develops any new issues.

    12000 btu. Perfect. Purchased for 250 euros, valuable for its price. It works in a 12 square meter room that is exposed to the sun all day, and in a 24 square meter insulated room, it works at 27 degrees, on the first speed, and you freeze. The r32 is very efficient, quiet, and economical. Aux is the third largest air conditioning manufacturer in China.

    Very good tool, I highly recommend it. I found the 12,000 BTU model on sale for €250. Its compressor is from Toshiba and it is not inferior to other branded air conditioners. I use it in a 60 sqm room on the upper floor! Get it without hesitation.

    I bought 4 of these 4 years ago for a vacation home that is used max 2 months per year. 2 out of the 4 have malfunctioned with error code E5 and do not produce any cold air.

    The dealership no longer supports them

    Use for 8 months, it's fine, but the technician who installed it didn't put the shock absorbers on the external unit. I hope it holds up

    We bought it in June 2020 and installed it in the living room of our summer house, which is located on an island. So far, we have only used the cooling function and I can say that it covers our 65sqm house quite well. We don't defrost it, but it cools us down. The external unit is slightly noisy. I believe that for our usage of 2 months per year, it is worth it. If it was a permanent residence, I might choose something else.

    I put it in the second room.. and not in the bedroom... in the end, I did the right thing.. because the room gets very cold and I only have it at 27 on the low scale... in 20 minutes it cools down the second room as well.
    My father also bought an 18,000 BTU... and in essence there is no difference in cold air...
    and with less money for purchase and less consumption... the AUX 12,000 BTU.
    For heat, however, my father's 18,000 BTU is better... but that's logical... one costs 800 euros and the other 300 euros...
    If you want it more for summer with your eyes closed
    if you also want it for winter... go for the 18,000 BTU for sure... to be 100% sure...

    I bought it in the summer (June 2019) and it performed exceptionally well during the heatwaves. It worked continuously throughout the summer and passed the consumption test with flying colors. It is very economical, despite the poor insulation of my old house. I used it at 27 degrees and it managed to cool down a 20 sqm living room. I highly recommend it. I will also test it during the cold winter and will come back with further comments.

    I am coming back for further comments after 1 year of summer-winter use. It didn't perform as well in heating, I needed an extra radiator plug to reach 22 degrees in the room. On its own, it only reached 20 degrees. Apart from the performance, exactly 1 year later, it developed a malfunction in the circuit board (showing error code e5) and the external unit stopped working. Thanks to the two-year warranty, the circuit board was promptly replaced free of charge. We will see how it performs in the next year and if it develops any new issues.

    12000 btu. Perfect. Purchased for 250 euros, valuable for its price. It works in a 12 square meter room that is exposed to the sun all day, and in a 24 square meter insulated room, it works at 27 degrees, on the first speed, and you freeze. The r32 is very efficient, quiet, and economical. Aux is the third largest air conditioning manufacturer in China.

    Very good tool, I highly recommend it. I found the 12,000 BTU model on sale for €250. Its compressor is from Toshiba and it is not inferior to other branded air conditioners. I use it in a 60 sqm room on the upper floor! Get it without hesitation.
