Λειτουργεί με Linux λειτουργικά γενικά. Έχει μια έκδοση Windows IOT αλλά δεν είναι η κλασική. Το δικό του λειτουργικό είναι το raspian, μια Linux έκδοση βασισμένη στο debian. Γενικά αν δεν είσαι συνηθισμένος σε τέτοιου είδους λειτουργικά, στην αρχή θα δυσκολευτείς.
